I was treated well and much pretty much good interactions, the (who I assume is the owner) is really nice and makes everything clear to understand, just very straight to the point which isn’t bad in any way he doesn’t give the whole used car salesman gimmicks, just gave me the straight facts and let me make my decision from there. Sometimes when I went in to make payments there would be another guy working the desk taking my payment and he said some pretty questionable things to me, nothing rude personally but stuff I would never say to a customer in general. I got an escape that had fairly high miles but it’s been very solid to me so far, the factory life on these are 130k and I drive ALOT for work and I’m coming up on 215k miles here soon so I’m basically just running it till it dies then I’ll be back here for another vehicle when that time comes! Down payments are calculated by the price of of the car and if you pay your car off early within a certain time period you get $1000 off!

Nice guys, pick your car, test drive, pay a down payment, and away you drive. Love my little Ford Focus hatchback, fun to drive and reliable. They also have an on-site repair shop at a good discount for needed repairs. I am very happy with my car I purchased here.

Awful customer service. Rude and condescending, gave incorrect information to customer, and instead of apologizing and fixing it, they became aggressive. ONLY FRIENDLY IF THEY ARE SELLING YOU CARS. They do not care about anything after the sale.
