ONLY deal with Scott if you go here. He is fantastic. Carol is beyond rude and unhelpful. I’ve dealt with her 2 times and it’s obvious she hates her job and people, so no idea why she is in sales. I always try to use small local businesses, but Carol needs to go.

Basically walked in and walked out because the woman who “greeted” us was very unwelcoming and rude. Very unhelpful, seemed snobby and unprofessional. Sexist as well. Avoid!!!!

We built a custom home in 2017-18. We purchased our carpets in the 3 bedrooms, walk in closet & family room, linoleum downstairs, Formica in the downstairs bath & laundry room. Tile in the kitchen, dining, living room, entry, powder room & master bath/shower. We were in the store quite a bit & they worked with us without being pushy. Enjoyed the process.

Pauline was super helpful without being pushy. Great selection of carpets. The installers they hired to install my carpets were superb at seaming my berber and finished the install a day early. I will be using them again when I replace my living room carpet next year.

The staff at the color pot have always exceeded my expectations. We have used them many times on various building project. With the last one we purchased almost 3,000 sf of wood flooring which turned out amazing! Always timely and courteous! Thank you Color Pot staff for all your help!

Our salesperson, Britnie was very patient, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire process and our projects look more lovely than I could have imagined. I highly recommend this locally owned business!

Just had 2 other bids; just unprofessional. Others had good recommendations; the person I worked with here seemed to be on commission and set on suggesting only one option. I found from listening to others that this salesperson who came to our house to make estimates and suggestions was just unknowledgeable and uninterested in helping us accomplish our goals. Weird comments he made were unprofessional. Seemed angry about his child’s experience many years ago with a pre k teacher at a local school my significant other is now working at as an elementary teacher. Just a highly unprofessional experience. Never write these reviews but this experience was weird enough I had to put it out there. Very dissatisfied and going with other competition in the area who helped and listened to my requests and stayed kind and professional.

My floor is beautiful! Pauline and Carol helped to pick out the right product for my house. Eric installed the floor with the hands of a master craftsman and artist. And the price came in under budget. I recommend The Color Pot!
