Amazing customer service! Me and my daughter switched to tmobile and the process was a nightmare to transfer our numbers from our previous carrier. The manager and employee were both so incredibly patient and just wonderful. The entire process took almost an hour with one problem after another occurring and they both were positive and joking around. Im so glad we went into the store because we never would have been able to accomplish this on our own. They made the experience great instead of frustrating. Thank you both!

Newly signed on with T-Mobile. Folks at the store in the mall and over the phone have been great during my research and sign up process. Was on hold for an hour waiting to active my phone so I decided to go into my neighborhood store to see if it was faster. The store was empty and there were two employees. The manager was unfriendly, rude and didn’t lift a finger to help. Wondering if I made a mistake switching. I prefer to shop as local as possible, even though TMobile is a corporation, shopping and getting support at the physical store keeps jobs local rather than outsourced to call centers over seas, but after this experience I’ll be taking all my needs to the call center.

Best experience at a T-Movbile store to date. Very helpful staff that was polite, professional and able to go above and beyond my expectations. The two men working this morning were very friendly and knowledgeable, they were able to answer every question we had and we left feeling fully informed about our decisions and purchase.

Worst T-Mobile experience ever! Took extremely long just to do a upgrade as a result of this store not having adequate equipment to do a data transfers. Take my advice and save yourself some time by going to a corporate location either in the mall or on Bakerview.

Although all T-Mobile stores share characteristics (well lit, bright pink walls, white countertops and black framing and decor accents that complement the T-Mobile logo), this store features a large, roomy footprint, few customers (at least on my Tuesday night before Thanksgiving visit) and a friendly staff eager to serve anyone who happened to wander by.Next time youre at Sehome Village -- sipping coffee at Starbucks, shopping at Haggens or checking out the Dollar Store -- swing by the T-Mobile store.You can find them (and most places) using What3Words -- an amazing mapping tool that defines every ten square foot spot on the planet using the words.
