Ive been a fan of Cruisin for some time. Theres a new woman working there. Only been there a couple times to take my order. When I pulled up she asked if I wanted my usual. And she was absolutely correct about my usual. Thats why Im a fan.

Weve been going to various Cruisin Coffees for many years and stop by this one often. Service is always cheerful and the coffee drinks are made right. They also have more food available than many other espresso stands, which is good for grabbing a quick lunch or snack. Cant go wrong stopping here!

Worst experience. Ever. I ordered a hot tea and blueberry bagel with a light spread of cream cheese. They didnt add the bagel to my order so they had to void the first order and start over. When I got to work I noticed my bagel wasnt even toasted, it was all torn up and I had to literally scrape 2 oz. of cream cheese off. Wish I could take my tip back. Wont be going back.

The service @ the Iowa St Cruisin Coffee is EXCELLENT. The ladies that work there are always polite, efficient and happy. Theyre very good at remembering what you like to order. Its that kind of service that lets you know they care.

Love the Cool Coffee Cloud even though its freezing outside. If you want frosty deliciousness then this is the place to go!

Decent coffee here but terrible service. The baristas were rude to me and extremely unprofessional @my first experience here. Id only recommend this location if you were in a rush, in need of caffeine and this was the closest place to you.

I called them after getting a coffee and a sandwich to let them know that their half and half is spoiled. My coffee had white chunky. All they said was Ok...Did not take my name to offer a replacement for my coffee. NOTHING... bad customer service.

Generally the one on cordata is faster and the people there usually get the order on point every time. I only go to this one when i dont feel like driving across town.

I have been a fan of Crusin Coffee for over 20 years. I started with their Mocha Milkshakes and have been hooked ever since. Great coffee, great service, and community minded. Dont go to that other corporate conglomerate that serves mediocre coffee. Crusin is the place to go!!

Coffee and food is great, it’s just that sometimes the customer service is a little dismissive and rushed, even when there isn’t a line. Other times the service is great!

Favorite cruisin in town, chill staff

This is by far the worst cruisin coffee stand. They messed up our oder after we repeated our oder 2 times to the barista. And she still couldnt get it right. And over the summer we had visited this same location where someone had left the stand unattended with the lights on and everything while being open.

They make good drinks, but could use better hours.

Always love stopping here, the mocha milkshake is my favorite. Friendly staff.

Worst costumer service EVER!!!!!! I was a walk up who had to wait in the hot sun forever. I was the only one at the window and I was totally ignored for at least 5 minutes. Real space cadets at the Iowa location. Horrible customer service. RUDE!!!!!
