I dont know what happened to this place, used to be one of our favorite stores in the mall. Now its always the same guy working and he is so lazy and unknowledgeable. Hes not helpful at all. I asked to get my sons head measurement and he told us to just keep trying on fitted hats till one fit. He acts so inconvenienced if hes asked to help find something. One time I waited almost 3 hours past the posted opening time for the store to finally open!! I cant wait till management changes, hopefully they put someone in there that knows customer service so that we can start shopping there again.

I come up to this location frequently, Every time I buy a hat they ask if I have an account and so on etc. I sign up and still cant find my account next visit. Today when I purchased another hat the associate (Hal) Processed the transaction again signing me up for an account and charging me 5 dollars for a premium instead of informing me prior to proceeding with the transaction! also charging me for a bag when I clearly said I didnt need one stating it would be free of charge. Coming from a person who works in retail this whole experience was highly unprofessional and misleading and completely lacking in customer service. I came back and addressed the issue of being charged for a premium account when they have a free rewards program and the associate was very dismissive.

Bought two hats for my hubby, there were three employees that were chatting the whole time and did not help me at all. I am unsure with sizes and logos. The store was empty, and when I excussed their conversation they smirked at me. Went there on a Friday afternoon, and one of the guys name was Brandon. Would definitely not shop there again as the employees are NOT helpful!!!

Great place to look for a hat.

Literally wont let you try on a hat without the security tag. Seriously, just had to buy a hat to try it on and return it without leaving the store. I would rather pay $40 to never be in this store again.
