Last year I bought a beautiful office chair from Tom. After having it for awhile, I noticed the chairs perfection marred by one of the armrests making a slight click when used. Annoying when noticed, but with the pandemic, and my ability to tune out the clicks much of the time, I put off calling Tom. Its been a year since we last talked, but when I called today, he had me bring the chair in. An hour later, the clicky armrest has been swapped out at no charge. Problem solved. I want to say how very happy I am with Blackburn Office Furniture for the quality of their product and for their great customer service.
