Associate came up to us as soon as we pulled up. There were no other cars waiting. I spent about 30 minutes to 45 minutes shopping in the store. It included going to the 1st Convenience Bank and Money Center to wire money and get a money order. I checked out in TLE. During that time at checkout my keys were brought in and we were done with our oil change. We came in about 4pm to TLE and were done before 5pm. Very satisfied with our service at Bellmead Walmart.

Walmart auto care a very good place to get your vehicle serviced they take time to get through your problem if you come in there with a problem. They have great prices on oil change and lubes. The best price on batteries in town and pretty much all around automobile wise a good place to go for Auto Care.

They can have a nasty attitude here idk why 😒 but great prices on oil change especially if you want to avoid the dealership.

The lady who was taking care of my car didnt seem to understand what I was asking for, even when I repeated myself. Very frustrating when I said I need my headlights changed not a headlight restoration.

The lady I talked to was sweet, but it should have been a 30 minute visit MAX. They werent busy at all. The guys in the shop forgot about my vehicle, so I was waiting for over 2 hours for a tire rotation. When I reminded them I existed, it was taken care of in 15 minutes.

Check air pressure on tires replaced battery hard working guys who really want do good.

Went at 5pm on a Monday. Took about 30 minutes. Simple checkout.

Botched a simple oil change. Were probably looking at some serious damage. If you get your oil changed here, make sure to check the dipstick the next day. I would recommend just going somewhere else.

First time using WalMart auto service and I can honestly say I am very disappointed. I went to get a new battery installed, waited over 2 hours (even though they said it would take like an hour to an hour and a half) I called and they said my vehicle was ready. I went to pick it up and come to find out they didnt do absolutely anything to it because they couldnt get positive terminal off to remove. So I waited around for over 2 hours on a Sunday for nothing. I asked why they didnt call me to let me know & they said they didnt know.I am beyond upset!

Always quick on oil changes and if you have a problem they normally tell you and point it out. Great people.

Fast, friendly service!

Waited 30 minutes for someone to ask if I’d like a oil change and then told me it’d be a hour and 45 minutes until they could get to my car even though there were only 2 in front of me. Don’t recommend. Go somewhere else

Never know what size tires they have and will place the wrong size tire for your vehicle. Staff is rude and childish. No professionalism
