So we had boost and hated it.. went to this metro and was dealing with Robert. He is awesome. we have all 3 phones hooked up with no problems and loving the service and the phones. I highly recommend this location especially if you want good people and a good experience with no headache and runaround. Thank yall! And Ive had every cell company imaginable and hated them all.. Im back with metro to stay and I highly 100% recommend Metro any day of the week. They have great phones and great prices!

I went to purchase a phone because I noticed a so called friend gave me a hacked phone. Explained the situation to the Associate he refered me to purchase a Samsung A20. I noticed that he was taking a minute to activate the phone. Before I left the parking lot I noticed the system hack was added to my new phone. Went back in the store the Associate then pretended I was acting hostile. Which I was attending to trying to factory reset the phone. Told the manager he tried to take the phone back the same as the Associate the day before. Told me I couldnt get my full refund and would lose my number. One of the systems is connected to a IP address that turned to be an illegal hack.

Roman was super helpful and got me out super quick would recommend to all my friends and family

Dont ever go to this store. Costumer service is the lowest, i have seen. They dont even say hi! or smile. The have employees that seem like if you owe them something. They wont take your payment they tell you to go somewhere else. They sell you a phone even if your phone is good. Bad service. The people that work in that metro PCS should get a life and a real job. They know that that place is no good and are covering for their manager and performance on the store. What a shame.

I went to this store on 4-11 to take a phone that was defeated the girl ordered another took my email and told me it would be 2-3 days never got that email on 4-15 i called 10 times no one answered the phone i then called the ma3 office to get the number thinking i was dailing the wrong number and she was no help at all so i went to the store the phone was there asked when it came in she didnt know ask for their phone number only to find out i had been dailing the right number all that the sales person said the phone havent rang so i dialed the number in the store and asked why it wasnt ringing she said oh its probably died needs batteries i was in the store another 15 minutes and she still never put batteries in the phone

They are the most rudest Metro store I have ever been in! Im not even here for a phone just with someone else and they all have attitudes with their customers. Im in here with my mother who HAS HER RECEIPT and it clearly says she can exchange a phone for a different one or new yet they are saying she cant. The phone she originally got was not working correctly. The speaker was out and she only had it for 3 days with an otter box and screen protector yet it wasnt functioning like these unprofessionals dropped it while they had it in the back but sold it to her anyways and forced her to take the phone she didnt want. Who in their backwards mind hired these girls?? She had to argue with them stating the obvious that the recept SAYS IT CAN BE RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS. COMPLETE DUMMYS!! So when she said to just give her the direct managers number one girl said okay but another one caught an attitude and said Well its on the door .. Are you serious? Thats how companies treat their customers now a days?? Absolutely unacceptable and we WILL be making a complaint to the corporate office!

It all depends on whos in this store. And they take(steal) your SIMs card out your phone to. Had them do me like that 2x. They take it out and slide it in a lil hole by key board.
