Don sign up for the new home Delivery! We did. They did great on the first order. We ordered again the next day and they delivered to the wrong house. First I called the store. Dont do that. They dont handle deliveries. I had to call an 800 number that the store gave me. When I finally got someone on the phone and explained the situation, He made me describe my front door before he would do anything to make sure I wasnt lying. He said he couldnt reorder or resend the food. He could only refund our money. So we got the refund and canceled the Yearly subscription for delivery. We only live 5 miles from Walmart and thought it would be a great convenience. Don sign up for Delivery!

I love the people who work here as well as the other customers. And of course they have a big assortment of goods and services. Their photo service is wonderful.

It was great I wasnt able to find what I needed at first but representative was available in all departments I went to customer service desk asked store manager who directed me to Water hose that was located near bikes and it was there but not the hose I wanted I asked another representative in garden supply area and he was also great walk me to exact place. Water hose were move out door. I am grateful and appreciate the service I received. Once I get the representatives who help me names. I will update. Thank you Walmart Supercenter.

Clean store and always easy to get in and get out!

Store was clean and all items were easy to find. Associates were helping and greeted me.

Had an oil change done. They made it convenient to do a little shopping and gave me correct time estimate. I was told I needed new tires soon which was nice. I few things u didnt understand was why it said customer declined inspection of air filter and a few other key items that would have been done elsewhere. I did not decline anything. In fact was never asked.

Not enough checkers and self check out had long lines! Im going to quit shopping at Walmart if this happens again. Two of my friends already have.

Polite greeter. Offer masks and hand sanitizer if you want. Which is nice for my fam. Been going to this Wal Mart for a long time and love it. The remodel looks great

First you go in and shop. Then you have to check yourself out? No open registers just self checks. I got nothing for doing it and they dont have to hire ANYONE to help. Next we will have to unload the trucks and stock the shelves and still PAY them.......

Had everything I needed. Not too crowded. Fast checkout & self checkout too.

Is always good to have a store near you and find everything you need for your family.

Bathrooms were so so nasty, was told oil change would take 45 minutes.. It was two hours. The lady in the oil change department went through our bags and treated us like we stole something. We had a receipt and showed her. Her name was Brandi. She said the Copenhagen wasn’t on the receipt. We showed her it was. We got no apologies… They are so unprofessional… I will never go back to this dirty, nasty and unprofessional store.

Good prices, decent staff, but a little dirty.

Produce was horrible, shelves were bare, and items were not in proper spots and some in the floors. Looked like employees could careless about their store and were to lazy to do their jobs. Only had couple employees on register so long lines and self check out was packed so stand in lines waiting forever. Will not be returning to this store. If customers have to check themselves out due to walmarts lack of cashier workers then a big discount on our items should be given for all customers at time of check out since we are doing your work. Stop being lazy and cheap in wanting to pay ur employees and start thinking about your customers for once Walmart!!!!

Got all th special flowers and decorations needed for our very big garden and backyard plus the front yard

Stock at this store is never great but it is at least clean and fairly easy in and out

Well stocked with friendly and informed employees. All employees were wearing masks and I witnessed numerous of them applying hand sanitizer.

I was under the expression of receiving money and was very disappointed when I couldnt get my money someone sent me from another walmart, walmart 2 walmart dose not exist with a expired license

Workers r rude most of them there are a select few good one. But they have what I need ad its close.

Does anyone work here?? Does anyone stock?? Tried to find someone to ask a question.....and there was no one. Two people up front and they cant help you unless you have a problem checking out at the check it out yourself register. Sure not what Walmart started out as. Its a empty shell.

Typical Walmart experience...nothing special. Their selection of soups is random as to what is available from day to day...usually I only go their for dog food.

Convenient, but severely understaffed. Overwhelming lines for one or two cashiers. Its Walmart you can get what you need and they have a lot of products. The store stays clean and rarely unorganized. Location is key because its right off of 35 and Lakeshore.

Salesperson could have had a better customer mannerisms ( smile, ect). But was fast with the photos.

Had to return a pair of jeans that didnt fit well. I didnt have my receipt so they put it on a gift card. Got some more jeans that fit perfectly. Dressing rooms are back open.

Running low on Gas, needed to get the best price. Thanks Walmart

Went to buy a swimsuit and all they had was a small wall of two pieces. They had more options for pajamas, then swimsuits. They had no floaties or water shoes left. And their swim trunks only had large sizes. EVERYTHING was out of stock and it was only 11 am, on a Saturday, at the beginning of July. I took my business to Target. They have a huge selection of everything in every size.

The customer service center is awesome, the guys there were a big help.

I love Walmart just wish they were 24 hours again

Customer service do not answer the phone I was on the phone for at least 2 to 3 minutes and no one answered I just kept ringing and ringing this is why Im getting in Walmart of one start with you customer service have to do better

Shelfs are stocked regularly. Bakery. Deli.Varius other businesses in front of building. Two self checkout isles. Bank.Beauty Salon. Restrooms. Walmart money services. Cell phones & accessories. TVs. Cell phone plans. Hardware Dept. Auto repair/Auto batteries. Large parking lot next to Fast food franchises.

My husband and I shop here weekly and spend over $100 each time we shop. Anytime Ive ever called with questions no one EVER answers the phone in customer service. I had questions about cakes in the bakery, etc. and could never get through so I finally called HEB and someone promptly answered the main call line and after being transferred to bakery, and two rings, I was able to order the cakes I needed. Not sure why Walmart refuses to answer customer inquiry, but its not because theyre checking, because there are never enough checkers at this location. Usually better to drive to Walmart in Hewitt.!They need to open the garden department door......and to have more than one checker inside.

Nice store. Relatively clean. But, it needs more self-check lines.

Five stars because even though I was in at 10 PM, enough checkouts were open for me to get out in a somewhat reasonable amount of time. Yeah, its a low bar, but Walmart doesnt always clear it.

Jorge and his team are amazing and great at what they do. They handled every situation that came at them. On my road trip hone they made sure that my familys van was able to make it by letting me know what was going on with the tires every step of the way. I dont know how these gentlemen are not in supervisors but they should be. The autocare dept was amazing. Wish all walmart auto care teams where like this one. Thank you Jorge and Bradley.

When you call and ask questions they dont tell you the answers over the phone so I had to make a trip up there for nothing because they couldnt do it without the physical person being there

Good place to buy groceries as well as other items for the house.

It was good not crowded but they dont have huge selection of women shirts for women that are in between sizes.

Went to this location twice today. Even though I had to do a return it was pretty quick. Now lets talk about their self check out yeah Im not feeling it only because if I only have one item thats under $5 I just dont feel like I need to swipe any kind of card of any sort. I believe their self check outs should take cash. If you check out with a cashier you can use cash so I dont get the self check out not being able to use cash thing..

So over poor service. I get there aren’t a lot of ppl to hire and those who work are tired. But still. Tired of the poor service.

I bought 3 shorts and went home and washed them and wore one nad my grandson said to short. I took bthem ack to Walmart and they said I could not return them Brandons said I cant wear them and bring them back, so I told him throw them away and I he walked a away. I have never heard of this. There were two shorts that I did not wear. He would not even return them

Been shopping there for years they have always had excellent customer service. Great people work there always happy to assist 👏. It also made me happy to see Walmart having more ethical practices with their employees 😀 . They needed to have more benefits for their workers because the excellent customer service they give is truly worth it!

I was in the produce section and this is the conversation I had with a Walmart employee in the produce section. Me holding a container of strawberries, excuse me maam thesebstrawberries are moldy, she takes the container, looks at them and says yeah we get a lot of them in like that then she returns the container to the cooler.

Dont honor prices from other Wal-Mart here n Waco. Not happy with that

Bri the cashier on register 1 was very rude. When i showed up to the register she didnt greet me, she just started scanning my items. Im like ok. Then she never told me my total she was just pressing buttons and leaning on her counter and taking off her mask. When i politely told her thank you for your time. She threw my receipt. Never said have a nice day. No communication. Worse customer service i have seen. I called the store 4x wanting to speak to manager the phone keeps ringing in customer service, electronics, deli. No one was answering the phone. You call this great customer service?? Bri also acted she didnt want to be there. I will never go back here. I would give this store a 0.

Clean, always have a variety of things to buy. This Wal-Mart has a gas station! They also have self check out where you can check your own self out by scanning your own things and paying through the machine. Its sometimes the weight thing can be a little annoying so try not to lean on the weight where you put the stuff in the bags or itll keep telling you that unexpected items are in the bagging area.

Did you know that sometimes you can pick up what you order at walmart.com in your local store? You can also do your grocery shopping online and pay online then when you get to the store your order is ready to pick up. Slumber party dreams are made of this.

Walmart speaks for itself, less the employee shortage around the US them included, I generally find what I need, and more.

Worst Wallmart Ive ever visited. Unfortunately its the closest. Only a couple of emoyees are helpful. The rest lazy. And they allow them to wear their pants with half their underwear showing. Disgraceful.

I go to this store all of the time! If you need help finding anything they usually walk you right to it. Excellent customer service!!
