Worst customer service ever! Cutter broken for over 18 months. They can not cut custom lengths for over a year or so.Manager got angry and yelled when I complained. Told me to go to Pioneer Steel. I did, saved $ and they appreciate their customers! Do yourself a favor, go to Pioneer or Alamo Steel. They take care of their customers! (and all of their equipment works!)

Walked in on a Friday to get a quote and design our barn. Woman was very rude, acted like we were bothering her. She told us we would have our price on Tuesday. Of course there prices didnt include delivery or set up. Did we hear anything...nope. I finally called that Thursday and was put on hold forever and then was told it had to go back to corporate because there was a mistake. I asked her how much longer, she was clueless and rude once again. But of course did anyone bother to call us and let us know...no. Here it is 3 weeks and we still havent heard. We went to another company and had our building drawn up in 3 D on their computer, designed it the way we wanted, picked our colors. It will cost a little more but they will deliver it and set it up. Metal Mart is horrible... dont go there
