DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!! They make the houses look good enough for presentation, but thats as good as it will ever get. The linoleum floors are only adhered on the edges. The walls in the ceilings do not seal. You can see outside light from the inside by the ceilings. Also, they say theyll fix things when you move in, but they never do.

Do not recommend the owners!

I BOUGHT A TRAILER HERE COULDNT BE HAPPIER VERY NICE PEOPLE JAMES THE MANAGER IS AWSOME HIS CREW ARE GREAT THEY DO WHAT THEY TELL YOU THEY ARE GOING TO AND THEY GET IT DONE JAMES BENDS OVER BACK WOULDS TO HELP . THEY ARE JUST GREAT

My place away from home its a quiet place to visit and I love it there

Nice little neighborhood, prices are reasonable, trouble makers do not last long, family friendly. The only downside is non emergency maintenance takes much longer than you would like.
