Great bagel place. Saturday and Sunday mornings its very crowded. But the line moves.

What’s so great about this bagel store, they always make bagels throughout the day. So every time I’m there they are always hot. And there is nothing like a right out of the oven HOT bagel.

Solid bagel spot. Great selection of bagels. Staff was helpful. I got a bacon egg and cheese which was prepared fast and was delicious. Iced Coffee was good too. Would recommend this spot.

The best bagels on Long island 😍. Every thing is amazing and fresh. The people are nice, the owner remembers you every day. I have to force myself to NOT come in once a day. Even the iced coffee is perfection, nothing like a long island deli and this is THE Long Island deli

What a horrific experience. Horrible food.. old. The help is nasty, the owner is nastier. Save yourself the trip and the money. There are far better delis on Long Island. Not to mention there’s flies over all the salads in the case.

As Queens transplants our standards are high but these bagels are great and so is the kitchen. We come weekly to pick up an order for 5 people: from omelettes to jalapeño tuna salad, the food is delicious and the orders always accurate. We used to eat inside but since COVID we are picking up which is amazing because you skip the long line.

Bagels are mediocre at best. You get 3 eggs, ham, bacon, and cheese on flat bagel for $7.99. However, a kids mini bagel with 1 egg and cheese is $6.49. This place is over priced! Go down the road to a real New York bagel shop, you will pay less and receive better food and service.

Always love their bagels. Service could sometimes be faster but everyone is friendly.

Had an excellent egg sandwich here on an everything bagel. I got an everything bagel with sausage, egg, cheese, hash brown, SPK and it was perfectly made. Nice staff, prompt service, average price - no complaints. Good seating too. Recommended!

These bagels are real and big! Not bread or dough like many others. I love the quinoa salad and the veggie cream cheese has low-fat with no chives! The employees are nice and the line moves quickly. Ive tried all the other bagels in town--all are closer but I go the extra mile (literally) for the best!

Town Bagel has great variety of bagels. They sell many other baked goods. You can get soups, salads and coffees and teas. The salads are always fresh and you can get paninnis and wraps too. Its the go to place on weekends. Tuna salad on any bagel is the best!

I would put zero stars if I could. This place has rude, unprofessional and unorganized employees. Me and my friends were here visiting a beach, and we waited about 35 minutes for 3 bagels. They gave our order away and tried to tell us that we weren’t waiting 35 minutes, even though everyone behind us in line had already gotten their food and left. They acted like it was OUR fault that they messed up the order and couldn’t ask us once if we were being helped while we waited. 4 of the workers refused to help us when asked by the manager. Most unorganized and rude business i have ever visited.

Good food but initially gave us a completely incorrect item. Wanted a Southwestern wrap. I said it several times. The lady brought out an omelet. When I informed another worker, this worker told the lady who had taken the order. The reply: Oh, you mean that wrap.

Great service and friendly staff. Thank you for being open between 7 and 8 for us essential workers.

This is by far the best place for bagels. They are fresh, warm and delicious. The wait can be long since the line sometimes go out the door. If you go on the off hours or earlier, it will be fine. Worth the wait.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. Always busy which you would think would be a good sign. But no, this is the third time I have waited 25-30 minutes for a simple order of Bacon Egg and Cheese on a roll and after waiting of course something is wrong with the order. This particular time they gave my order to someone else (they couldn’t find it until the person came back with my order) then they proceeded to give me food that someone else had in their possession. This place is just awful from every angle, And to top it off the food isn’t even great. Only reason I have come here is for convenience but this will be the last time I step foot in this establishment. The owner/ manager I don’t know his name or his title but his attitude is always “basically oh well we messed up” yet again.Don’t waste your time here!

Just stopped in for the first time. I always enjoy reading a newspaper while eating. Its virtually a guarantee in EVERY bagel shop ever been in. Seeing none I asked and was told they do not have newspapers for their customers. One of the staff remarked to much of a hassleToo much of a hassle to provide a courtesy and consideration for their customers? It seems the only consideration for the owners is the almighty dollars!

Horrible. They got The orders wrong. Me and my 4 friends all eat a bagel. I got a bacon egg and cheese they got butter but the place got the order wrong and did cream cheese. The bagel made all 5 of ours belly hurts. I was going on a road trip about 2 hours away and that bagel made me feel sick. We described it as a stomach bug and felling like having to throw up. Never going there again! Would give 0 stars if u could!!!b😡😤‼️

Went to this store just to get a few bagels was waiting on the X a few people ahead so was waiting patiently!! Once the people ahead of me left I moved to the next X .... lots of workers there ! No one asked me if I needed help all they did was talk to one another .. a man walks in behind me an then a man behind the counter asks him if he needs help !! I was quit angry ! Said to one of the older man behind the counter I ve been waiting patiently for assistance! He says I ll see if I can get someone !I was just about to walk out when one girl asked me if I needed. Help ... they are rude ! I know they saw me ! I will never go again !! Over priced bagels an rude...... how is it that everyone saw me ! An never asked me if I needed anything ! It was the first time I went here ...... I told everyone I know ! Not to go here !!

Really good bagels and service.

Besides having the best bagels in town, they make wonderful sandwiches and salads. Everything is always fresh and the portions are large enough to share. Their lunch specials are a great deal.

Food is good. No complaints in that department. They are very slow when ordering. Takes more then i would expect to make a breakfast sandwich. I think they do this thing where the person that takes you order becomes in charge of everything for your order including taking payment which might not be the most efficient process but if its been working for them for a long time then who are we to tell them any different.

Bagels are always fresh. Dont let the line scare you away, they move fast.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Me and my friends were going on a trip and went to get bagels. We asked for a bagel with butter toasted and instead they gave us a bagel with cream cheese not toasted. As soon as my friend and I got into the car we instantly felt nauseous and had the feeling of throwing up. Also when we first steeped into the store the lady at the front desk gave me negative energy and gave me and my family a nasty attitude.I highly recommend not eating here.👎🏻🤮

Had the WORST salad of my life from there yesterday. $14 dollars later and literally a pound of dressing was poured into it. I couldnt even eat it. Avoid the chopped salad bar.

They mess everything up every single time. Order is never what you asked for. They also change their prices every other day. I kept receipts of my senior year lunches and the price would scatter even if the meal was the same. Overpriced for what they give you.

The food here is very good. The place is clean, and the owner( at least I think he is the owner or manager) is a nice guy who is hands on. The place gets packed with high schoolers for lunch. The staff sometimes make you feel rushed when ordering, and they tend to make mistakes because they rush you, but the owner will always do right by you if you have a problem. Great bagels, coffee and sweets. A little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.

I have been going to this Bellmore location since the beginning. The owner is special and insures a great staffing and customer service. The best lo carb varieties, salads, egg combos. What a way to break a fast or welcome a weekend. With the stiff competition in the area they always come out on top.

I called in a simple order of two hungrymen with hot sauce and a western omelet with hot sauce and Swiss cheese on a roll. We arrive, and its not even ready to pick up. When it finally comes out, its a completely wrong order, so they say that theyll redo it. We leave quick cus now were in a rush, and it ends up being the wrong order a second time. Pretty trash town bagel.

Bagels are wonderful, food is very good, a little bit slow on the service side and Very expensive for a bagel store, but with area of Bellmore its in, thats almost expected. They have a great variety of cream cheese but my local place is much less expensive for what I need which is breakfast sandwiches and the occasional bag of bagels and cream cheese.

Racist pieces of garbage. If I can report them I would gladly. I can feel the negative energy once I walk in the store. Being a latino I am quite sure my skin color intimidated the sweaty angry boss. Being blatantly ignored several times surely indicated to me that I and my skin color were not welcome.
