Once we agreed on a system, Mike and his company got right to work. Their work was neat and clean and they had a genuine respect for my home. Upon completion of the work, Mike took his time to explain in detail all of the systems functions. Several days after the installation, I had called Mike with some technical questions related to my new system. Mike came over the next day and took the time to answer all of my questions and review the entire system with me again.Mike and CWC security is a top-notch company. First I hired CWC for my house security cameras when I couldnt get the original installer to come back out. He was professional, clean and upfront about what to expect. Based on that experience, I used him to upgrade my surround sound/theater experience. He was so great to work with that I brought him in to my business to install a security system and take over the monitoring of my burglar alarm.Mike and Chris are coming back to install an outdoor sound system during a renovation. Having Mike involved in a project always makes things go smoother because when he sees something, he says something.You are 100% better off working with him than not.
