Beware of false advertisement. Make sure to Be very careful when inspecting Any vehicle You buy from this placed. I purchased a $31500 dollar vehicle on the 4th of July weekend. It was a 2017 Toyota Tundra sr5. They advertised it as a Trd pro which it wasn’t. The truck looked very nice so I was really blinded. None of the dashboard light work, obviously I found out later at night but I thought it was a fuse. It was not it had electrical problems and when I returned I was told they’re taking care of everything and then check engine light came on and and now they’re trying to blame it on me and are trying to make me pay for it. It has been 3 weeks and now I told them that if they don’t fix the problems I didn’t want the truck and was told to return it to the bank. Paul said It’s not their problem. Way to do business I’ll see you in court Paul and will make sure people know what type of place this is.

I have never in my life seen a dealership that “accidentally” scraps a car that was supposed to be used as a trade in. If they would have just done a title check on the car, they could have easily seen that there was a lien on it. Worst service ever, manager won’t do anything. Beware of illegal practice.

Where do i even start. My girlfriend and I were looking for a car and we were denied by multiple dealerships. After almost getting ripped off by a ridiculous dealership we almost gave up hope until I contacted auto connection and spoke with Rob who made me feel so comfortable and convinced from the beginning. I drove him crazy with questions before i even went in and he answered every one of them with a comforting response. I even explained how hard it is for me and my girlfriend to spend time at a dealership because of our hectic work schedule and he assured me that they can make it work around our schedule. Then when we went i we dealt with Rob and glenn I swear I never met a more perfect duo for selling a car. Glenn got us the best interest rate with the best payments in a really nice car. After going through the best buying experience of my life i experienced a few issues with the car. I just bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited through Auto Connection and everyone there was helpful. Junior let me and my fiance test drive the vehicle and walked us through the entire process. Paul was the sweetest to work with and you could tell that he was genuine and truly cared about getting you within your comfort zone as far as payments were concerned. I bought a 2014 Infiniti Q50 from them back in October of 2018 and I love the car but he hid a lot of body damage the car had on it and upon purchase over charged for plates and gave a quarter tank of gas in the car and tried to refuse a car wash for the car. I should of seen all the red flags at the time but I was blinded by the car. Took it to auto body repair place and they told me the front, rear bumper had major damage and was cheaply repaired so now this car is costing me a lot of money to fix. Go to another dealer and avoid the headaches. Also I refused the get a loan through them and instantly started giving me attitude about the purchase.

Great experience with Auto Connection.Miles was very helpful and the owner, Paul Weinberg, was very easy to get along with. Unfortunately they couldnt offer me a very good deal on my trade in and I drove down alone from Connecticut. So they actually offered to drive it up to a Car Max in Hartford which had offered me 3x what they could pay me for the vehicle! That is great customer service.Im only giving 4 stars because the more I drove the car I purchased the more I realized the car had not actually been cleaned and had only been sprayed with new car scented spray. When I lifted the rear seats of my newly purchased Honda Fit, they were covered in dog hair. The interior of the roof was similarly covered, although much less so. I started sneezing non stop about two days after driving it. Im an asthmatic with very bad allergies.Otherwise, they had the best deal on the type of car I wanted, they helped me finance my first car and got me a good rate, and they were very nice people to be around.I love my car and have had no problems with it yet. They also sold me a warranty, though Im not sure if I need it as many of the Honda warranties are still in play. Im not really sure if that was a good call on my part. Do your homework on the warranties before you buy one.I will update if there are any issues. I still am waiting on them to mail me my Connecticut plates and to get my Prius up to Connecticut for me to sell to CarMax.

I recieved the most discourteous service here today, I’m pretty sure half of the great reviews on here are fake. I needed an insurance inspection done so I called before hand and asked if i could come in and they said yes (hanging up on me mid question btw). When I go there they tell me the person who does the inspection is not there. What a waste of my time.
