When walking in, we were asked what school my niece was attending prom at. And then escorted to just one small section of the store. When asked to see more dresses we were told the other dresses are quite expensive however, we never discussed the the fact that we werent at all shopping with a budget. After a quick awkward silence she showed us more dresses but we decided we were a bit turned off and left.

WOW. owner Kim Towers, and Blanca Luciano, are the MOST gracious owners and their attention to detail cannot be matched. I have recommended this store to about 100 people, I have a full closet called the runway closet and I will keep coming back. THE BEST!!

I have recently purchased a wedding dress and it is absolutely stunning.One employee there who has been unbelievably helpful is Maria. She has gone above an beyond on helping me make all my dreams come true.

I am a proud mother of the bride but find dress shopping for the occasion very stressful. Once I walked into Runway Couture, Kim greeted me warmly and tactfully led me to the aisle of gowns in the price range I asked for. No request was too much trouble and her suggestions and choices were spot on. After gown shopping in many other stores, I found a dress so perfect for my shape and style, I began to cry, I now feel like a mother of the bride! I was intimidated to go into Runway Couture. I live in the neighborhood and saw all the beautiful dresses in the windows for years. My dress size is about a 16 so I didnt think they would have anything for me. I was also nervous the sales people would make me feel even worse about myself. I WAS WRONG. The sales staff were very professional and I found a dress in less than 15 minutes that was perfect. It was an excellent experience and I am so happy I was brave and went into the store. I highly recommend Runway Couture to everyone including those ladies who are not as shapely as they would like to be. :)

They did not have Anyone ready to attend us for our scheduled fitting. Dress was not measured properly formerly; it was 2 sizes too big. We dont even want the dress now, its an unfortunate thing. Would not recommend this place to an enemy. disappointing
