Smoothies are great for a quick snack. They also have lots of options for prepared meals and sports supplements. The coconut covered energy bites are a favorite!

Macros were off for the amount of food I consumed. Not a great presentation of the meal and pricey compared to other places that have the same business model or retail structure. The meal I consumed, at other places wouldve cost $2 less and with a better presentation.

Great selection of healthy, tasty and fun foods for those watching what they eat & buy. Friendly & knowledgeable staff who are always ready to answer questions and if you need a quick post workout snack; try the bowls. Amazing

I went there for an acai bowl after they kept popping up on my fb newsfeed and ended up leaving with 4 meals which where amazingly tasty. And the acai bowl was beyond my expectations all my friends where craving one after my snapchat. This place is awesome. You will not be disappointed 😉.

Ive been to a handful of chain vitamin and supplement shops and have yet to find any worthwhile. I stumbled across total nutrition on Google looking for a pre workout and decided to browse their selection. They carry anything and everything. The guys there are awesome, very helpful and informative. They even recommended I sample a few before making my purchase. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere different than your typical chain supplement shop.
