Everyone was very helpful especially Jen.It’s amazing how much better I can hear.One issue is that everything sounds a littletinny and sharp.I’m sure it takes getting used to as well ashaving to be adjusted

My Hearing AIDS were behaving it radically. They would turn themselves off, sometimes come back on, sometimes not.I called to speak with Kelly, the Dr. that helped me the last time.The receptionist asked for details. I was told that I should come right in. That did not work for me but I was given a time I could work with at my convenience. Everyone is so efficient. I was called a day before to remind me of the appointmentWhen I arrived for the appointment, I called and was told to come in after the receptionist checked that i would be “covid19” appropriate. She was very friendly and pleasant.I was taken into Kelly’s office. She checked the devices and decided that they should be sent out to be further checked and repaired.She is really wonderful to work with. Professional, caring, pleasant, and I get the good feeling that she really cares about making sure that I get the best service. She is really a treasure.Everyone is so efficient.

It was a very pleasant experience with the ophthalmologist, i am sorry but I forgot her name, she was very nice and professional. Thanks Hearing Life, i will see you next year.

Good test and service. Annoyed at the fact that my daughter was asked to come but they didnt use her. I do not wish to return as it was a waste of my time. Sorry!😞😒

Took my sister for a scheduled hearing test & they took me as walk in because I havent had test in 30 years. Great staff & all covid precautions in place.

If I were rating the care and service my mother always received on site, in the office, I would give staff five stars. I’m very upset, however, that we were not notified that their office and all local offices would be closed for months during this quarantine. We should have been notified so that we could pick up supplies. I have been trying for over three weeks to get rechargeable batteries that are not sold locally. When I called three weeks ago I was told that it would take 5-8 days to receive the order and that I could not pay them for expedited shipping. It took over 2 weeks and they sent batteries that were NOT rechargeable. They said that a hearing specialist would call us within 24 hours, even though I called again 8 days ago I’m very upset about the way this closing and ordering has been handled. Expedited shipping should be available and paid for by the company, or at least available for patients to pay. Hearing loss is a medical issue, and essential for those suffering it. Shame on Hearing Life corporation for leaving their patients without notice!!!

I highly recommend Hearing Life (we go to the location in Bellmore) - they are very good at what they do, and caring as well. One of my children has a hearing issue, and requires frequent visits - they always are there for us when we need them (sometimes on very short notice).

Today was my husband and my first consultation with Ava the tech and Dr. Jenn the Audiologist. From the first greeting from the receptionist Kayla right through the finish. Our experience was excellent given the fact of this being a stressful event. That being initiating the use of hearing devices. We were more then pleased and going back for a follow up visit next week. KUDOS!!

My husband purchased hearing aids two years ago and one of his earring aids isnt working. He has contacted the office 3 weeks ago. They gave him a bogus appointment and then cancelled the day of the appointment. He has been leaving messages and actually went to their Bellmore and Garden City office numerous times. They havent returned one message in two weeks. This is a horrible way to do business. The hearing aids are guaranteed and my husband cant work without them. It has been difficult enough due to the Covid 19. He is a Financial Advisor and is working from home and is on the phone all the time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Took my mom here as a new patient for hearing aids. The doctor was kind, patient and knowledgeable. We did not feel rushed and she answered all of our questions. Highly recommend this practice!

I wanted to give this office and staff members the benefit of the doubt and have tried three times before writing this review. Each time however, provide to be worse and worse. Staff members from the front desk to the audiologist do not show empathy or compassion towards patients. They are not competent or flexible with patients needs. If you have purchased hearing aids with this company, go to Rockville Center for follow ups!

The Dr is rude and disrespectful. They certainly do not care about their patients and just care about the sale.
