Overbooked. I have to wait almost 5 days before they can deliver and its been cold around here. I dont think so!

Very competitive prices on oil. I called a few times for same day oil deliveries and they came very quickly. Also, when I had to prime and start my boiler they came within hours. The servicemen were in and out in a few minutes. I recommend this company.

This company was recommended to me by a friend. Upon seeing cheaper prices on their site I decided to utilize their online order form. it gave me the option to select a delivery date, which I selected the next day, paid with a credit card and expected to get my oil the next day.When I came home from work there was nothing filled in the tank. I called them the next day to find out where my oil was. Apparently the date selection on their website is meaningless, as I was told they have others to deliver to. Then I was told that being a new customer they need for me to be home when they deliver so they can inspect my tank. I argued that there was nothing noted on the website about this, nor was there any indication that I may not receive the order on the date I requested. The woman I spoke with was so rude on the phone, speaking to me as though I were a nuisance rather than a valued customer.After arguing my point and being told well thats too bad, the woman said she was issuing a refund and hung up on me. I called them back asking for a receipt and spoke with a gentleman, who was equally as rude, and explained, without taking my information, that I would get a refund notification soon.One of the worst experiences Ive had, not just with oil companies, but any company overall. I am now possibly without heat because there was a total lack of communication on their part, both from the absence of relevant information on their website, and from their failure to reach out to me after receiving my order. Horrible!

Horrible customer service. Youre better off getting fuel from somewhere else. seriously save your money. You will need a contract with these people and they are NOT DEPENDABLE. Look somewhere else. Seriously!!!

I was worried about the cold temperatures following the aftermath of this recent snowstorm Grayson, so I requested for my tank to be filled up the day prior to the arrival of the storm. Knowing that I gave short notice, I was unsure if this request would be honored. Around 2:30 pm the next day, a technician in the middle of the blizzard was filing up my tank. Truly dependable and cares about their customers. Would recommend this company to anyone!

For those of you seniors who receive HEAP, DO NOT USE THEM.....THEY CHARGE ALMOST .20 CENTS MORE A GALLON FOR THOSE Receiving HEAP & MOST OF YOU DONT EVEN KNOW IT.. Call your local councilman, assemblyman or your town executive to stop this!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BASEMENT, LOW-CLASS OIL COMPANY!!!I Ordered Fuel from this small mom and pop business using their website. I entered my tank size it(250 gallon), credit card info and they billed me for 250 gallons. I want to fill tank so I figured like other companies I dealt with in past they just refund the difference if my tank took less then 250 gallons. It only took 175 gallons.Some old cranky delivery guy shows up two days later yelling that theyve been trying to call me and I never answer the phone, He continues to Baulk that he has to check my oil tank first. He walks inside with attitude trailing grease foot prints on my carpet! At this point I knew I would never deal with this company again. I waited a couple of weeks and no refund for the difference. I called the office and some cranky old man answered the phone, I assume it was the same jerk that came to my house to deliver the oil. When I informed them I never received the refund for the difference, he gave me an attitude again telling me they dont give refunds its too much work, its not his fault I dont know how many gallons I need, and that they will only give me credit for more fuel from them. Thank goodness I paid with Amex, I called and disputed the charges. This amature company is not the only game in town, there are plenty of others to deal with, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!

Quick delivery. When I had a problem with the boiler they sent mechanic the same nite.

I called to have work done on my oil boiler. Appointment scheduled for Weds Nov 4th between 12:00-4:00. She said it would cost about $129 plus parts and I agreed. On Weds at 1:00 I called to find out what the schedule was as the tech had not showed up yet. The lady checked with the tech and told me about 2:00. At 3:00 I called again and she said he was running late so about 4:00 he should be here. At 5:30 he showed up and looked at the boiler and said it was too late to do what was required on the boiler eventho I had explained what work needed to be done before I scheduled the appointment. I then asked the tech to give me an estimate for the work since he was walking out the door. He said he cant give and estimate because it had to be approved by the office. OK I said so call the office. He called the office from his truck, came back and told me the office was closed but it was only 5:50 and they are open until 6:00. He complained about the office leaving before scheduled time and told me they would call tomorrow. I told him dont bother. I spent the entire day waiting for this guy to show up and got nothing but frustration and disinterest. Not only that but it was a beautiful day and I could have played some golf. Well they may be Affortable but they aint RELIABLE.One star because at least they answered the phone.

Stay away from then left me with out fuel in the storm.called then they had no more fuel tell next Friday found another company who delivered it the next day ask to send some one over to fix burner since I had a contract I paid for they told me I broke there contract getting fuel from a different company really they wanted me to wait a week with no fuel with 2 small kids in the house not to break the contract.in this cold weather.

Friendly customer service, if I ever needed same day delivery, they managed to get to me.
