Recently I was involved in a collision and needed to get some body work repairs on my BMW. I was referred to AW Collision (Belmont) by my dealership.I arrived at AW collision and was immediately impressed. It is a very well run shop. I was warmly greeted upon arrival. Within 30 minutes I had my estimate.Repairs were performed in a timely manner and my car was back on the road in a few days. I had a great experience with AW Collision. The car park at SFO damaged my Mercedes. After getting multiple bids to repair the damage, I selected AW Collision as they were the most knowledgeable, accommodating and were cost competitive. Melissa and Brandy in the office were especially helpful.

Following a collision that landed our vehicle in AW Collision (MBZ Collision), our insurance company had the intention of totaling the vehicle. This was definitely not our desire. This is where the staff at the AW Collision came to the rescue and worked diligently and skillfully with the insurance company in order to save us from a financial loss. The front panel and the drivers door had to be replaced in addition to a few other incidentals (wheel,...). The main reason that it took a while for the repairs to be completed was the negotiations with the insurance company to salvage the vehicle. Gils work to make the car look good as new is commendable and I am quite thankful to Gil and the administrative staff, Brandy & Melissa, to provide me with great service.

I brought a car that I was thinking of purchasing here to have a professional look at it and tell me if it had been in any accidents. Ariel the estimator took the time to look at the car and give me his professional opinion, and he didnt want to take a dime from me. Ive taken my vehicle to them several times over the years. Theyve done an excellent job each time. I have a unique matte paint job on my car which is not easy to maintain or work on, but theyve been able to successfully bring it back to its factory luster. Their post-repair detail is also one of the best around (although they dont offer it as an a la carte service). They are the only shop I trust to work on my vehicle!

I recently had my vehicle repaired after an auto collision under the care of Walter Alfaro and Melissa Huth. The process was smooth, efficient and quick. Walter is incredibly professional and respectful of his clients time. He is very quick to respond and is honest with his responses. He is familiar with the auto insurance process and advocates for his clients. I informed him of my previous nightmare experiences and he made sure that I felt comfortable and understood the process in making sure my vehicle was repaired not only in a timely manner but restored to its pre collision state. I would not hesitate to work with Walter and Melissa in the future, if needed.

We have taken three of our cars here over the last two years. We started using them as they are a certified center for most European makes which means if you lease your car you will not get dinged $$$ for having an accident when you turn the car in at lease end. Melissa is alway super nice and efficient in the office, the service advisors are very good but the outstanding thing here is their level of workmanship - - top rate, could not be better. At times the insurance companies will ask you to use one of their shops which are not certified for these makes of cars, but if you insist on using Autobahn the insurance companies will comply and pick up the full tab. Would never take my car anyplace else for collision repair

Fantastic service! They fought for me with my insurance to get the right fix for the issue. Outstanding customer service, great communication and great body work. Melissa, Najma and Brandy are a pleasure to be around. Plus the bathroom looks like the inside of Taj Mahal. Will use again.

Awful experience. Took 15 ****ing days to fix a small scratch on my rear bumper. When I would call and ask for my representative - Gilbert - about the status, I would get promises for update emails and texts later that day that would never come.After 15 days I finally was able to pick up my vehicle, and when I did the cup holder was broken (I guess they were trying to clean the car and broke the cup holder?) and there were a few pretzel chips under my seat...Finally, the back seat had obviously been folded down, but when they put it back into place, they got the seatbelts stuck behind the seat, so they did that improperly too.Overall 0/5 if I could - incompetent staff. Paint job was good sure but it damn well shouldve been, took 15 days to paint a bumper...

These guys are great. They set expectations for delivery of ur car. They do a good job as well.

Great service..James went beyond and above and even had his guy fix a minor little thing that I had mentioned to him when I dropped off the car.

It is a very friendly place that I found. The hit and run made me go there for the first time.They explained detail process and quotation took less than 15 minutes.Dont sit on the message chair! It is horrible that you will not want to leave at all.
