Went on a weeknight and got to meet Cam. She was extremely helpful without being pushy. Told her that I needed to have my husband come back with me to make the final decision. No problem per Cam. We came back and she was there, once again very helpful and knowledgeable. We await our new mattress! Already started telling coworkers about it.

Very helpful in finding a particular brand and size of mattress cover. One store didn’t have the correct store, but the salesman called another store closer to our home, confirmed they had the size we needed and put it on hold for us. The salesmen for both stores were polite, helpful and professional.

This was our 2nd purchase from Mattress Firm in Belmont, NH. Our salesperson was Anthony and his knowledge of the different types of mattresses made it easier to choose the best one for us. We had a mattress that was dipping on both sides and he told us how to submit for a warranty refund. Unfortunately, our request was declined stating our solid oak bed frame did not have sufficient support, thus causing the dips. We spoke with Robert on Friday and he worked with Anthony to give us a $200.00 credit on our new mattress. We want to thank both of them for all their help and when we need to purchase additional mattresses we will be back.

Not a whole lot of selection to look at, obviously due to the size of the store. Good thing was, there was no pressure to buy anything, so we got to check out a few beds with no salesperson hovering. Prices (as all brick and mortar bed stores) were way too high.

Very disappointed. I bought a metal platform frame for my son and within a month the frame was bent and broke. I had to throw it out. There was no jumping just ordinary use of sleeping. It was a waste of $130.00 dollars.

I have no idea when buying a mattress turned into buying a car, but i much prefer the days when you go into a store and the price is the price. Apparently the markup is so high, our salesman says we saved over $3,000 from the price label on the mattress. Our salesman was knowledgeable and patient having us try the different mattresses. Just so uncomfortable with the sales process there.

Great service and prompt delivery service

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU GET SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS FLUENT ENGLISH. Bought a bed off of them and they told me it needed to be paid off within the year and didnt tell me why. Well just got the bill after the year was up and had $300 worth of interest tacked on, from the year before. Im new to buying big products like furniture and such. She should have explained it further rather than just saying it had to be paid off in a year. Make sure you know this before dealing with them, or youll have a rude awakening!
