We have been using Crystal Rock for almost 2 years. The water is good, the service is great as we had to replace out water dispenser and our sales rep was responsive and pleasant. Communication for deliveries is always timely and the app is user friendly. We use the coffee kcup water dispenser and it is awesome!! Definitely recommend Crystal Rock.
I have the service for long time which was good until last oct 2020 the cooler was leaking they replaced few months later happened again I tried to contact them after 1 month finally someone answered and sent another cooler but the same cooler replacement has only hot water no cold water .I’ve been trying to talk to them for 3 weeks no one picked up the phone just hold for an hour or more . This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had I sent 2 emails they just said they will pass the issue to the associate.I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Really bad customer service.
Horrible customer service. Cannot get through to a human being unless I say I am a new customer on the automated keypad. We have been having water delivered to the wrong address for six weeks and the recipient of our jugs receives two more jugs every delivery. I have been contacting customer service for days trying to get a driver to come to our office to take away all of the extra jugs (we now have 10) and they have broken pick up promises for three days. Instead they dropped two more to the wrong address. STAY AWAY. If anyone from crystal rock is reading this please contact me. Customer service can’t help me.
Ive been a customer for over 8 years now and I can easily say that through all of the transitions there have been and definitely are some rough patches. Overall, because Im not a phone person, I find the majority of the website management of my account to be MOSTLY straight forward. It is a drag that the site changes every darn time the company inheriting the prior company does. Generally MOST of my deliveries are on time though weve had some issues specifically recently. My date will be Friday but no call until Monday... or no call at all in some cases and Im sprinting down the stairs to put out the bottles. We. generally can adapt and when I had to request an additional delivery because they showed when we didnt know they were coming but only left us 1 bottle, the truck came and dropped the requested number of bottles but, again because no call, I now have like 18 bottles sitting in my garage :) That will hopefully be rectified this month though and Im hopeful things will return to normal. The product and cooler themselves are fine. Its just been a little wonky on the service side lately.
July 14, 2021 - I am a new customer, I was suppose to get a delivery of 4 bottles on July 14, 2021. At 5 pm on the 14th I called to see when they were coming, the woman apologized and said a back up delivery would be here Thursday the 15th, no phone call to tell me they couldnt come that day.July 15, 2021 - Same as the day before, no phone call, email, and no water delivery. Called..... No answer.July 16, 2021 - Called at 8:30 am. More apologies my water will be there today. At 12:30 pm I opened my door to not 4 bottles, but 8 bottles of water blocking my front door!!!! I called and was told the guy would be back for the extra 4 bottles. He never came. Tried calling and was on hold for over an hour, nobody ever answered.Today the 17th - 4 bottles still sitting on my front porch and no answer at the company, when I do get through to someone I want to cancel my account!!CRYSTAL ROCK IS A HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!! YOU CAN NOT GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE!!! CRYSTAL ROCK IF YOUR READING THIS CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!
Horrible. Ive never dealt with a more confused company than this. Im a new customer and have been waiting for my first order of bottles for 2 weeks now. Ive finally cancelled and just gave up on them. Stay away from these guys. Shouldve listened to the reviews!
Failure to deliver water on time 4 weeks in a row. Have had to sit on hold for an hour at a time everytime. Very poor business
This is the absolute worst company to deal with. If you want to get over charged and waste countless hours of your life trying to resolve their issues to get your water each month this is the company for you. The company was sold and while they were very reliable for years before they are completely unreliable and dishonest now.
I am a residential customer who has had Vermont Pure brand water delivered monthly (every 4 weeks) by Crystal Rock for over 4 years now after horrendous service by Poland Spring. I have even moved over the course of the 4 years and the transfer went through like a breeze. Only difference was a change in delivery day. I am on replenshment delivery- you get however many full ones as empties you leave out. Delivery confirmation call and email is always the day before reminding us to leave empties out. Delivery is early morning. Only delivery issue was when I forgot to pay the bill due to traveling and all it took was an online payment and a call to Customer Service and I had delivery the next Monday ( my delivery day is every 4 mondays). Very satisfied.
I work for a company in which we rely on delivered water for our employees. They work outside all day. We have used Crystal Rock for years. Over the last 6 months our deliveries have been 1-3 weeks late and only arrive after we call and ask what is happening. Calling DS Services at 800-4-waters takes enormous amounts of time out of my day because Im put on hold for up to a half hour. My account says my water route sales rep is Ryan. Ive never spoken to a Ryan. Theres no last name, email, phone number...nothing. Is Ryan real? The last delivery which arrived after I begged them to bring us water (July 2020 - 80-90 degree weather) the driver who is a very nice, polite man gave us totally different cups which are too small and fall out of our cup holder so now they are lying on a table and look terrible. The cooler is provided by Crystal Rock. They know the size of the cup holder. I have already changed companies and wouldnt leave this terrible review if Crystal Rock showed up ONCE on time in 6 months. But they havent. Yesterday, I spent 30 minutes on hold to tell them Im cancelling but no one ever picked up the phone. Im hoping they get my cancellation letter Im mailing to Belmont, MA. If they dont pick up phone calls do they open their mail? DS Services should be ashamed of their whole operation. Water is big money and competition in this country. Go to someone who cares.
Stock-outs are understandable, but a complete absence of communication is unacceptable. During one month, I called multiple times, to be told delivery would take place the following day. During the same month, I received no calls, texts, emails, or explanation and I eventually cancelled and closed the account. Others on my street received their Crystal Rock deliveries during this time, so when I called to close the account it galled me to be told my location was inaccessible to the drivers. Truly, that was the last nail in the coffin.
I was on the verge of cancelling my account with this company until I met and shared my frustration with our current driver, Eric. He was both personable and —more important—efficient in meeting our needs. He also sent an email to follow-up regarding our conversation. The product is good, so if Crystal Rock could hire more people like Eric, who take pride in performing their job, the company would greatly improve their consumer profile.
I have always used a water service to bring 5 gallon purified bottles to my home...Crystal Rock has been great! they always respond to my customer service needs when I call...my driver Mark is great too, he goes the extra mile to make sure my water does not sit outside in the elements of the weather! I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of using them.
I have been getting water delivered for a while from Crystal Rock and no problems at all. Always early in the am so I put my bottles out the night before. My driver never fails to show up and deliver. I’m grateful to have it and the water tastes great.
I have been a customers for years We were scheduled our normal delivery on 6/19 the guy showed up took the empties but left no water!! Got email 5 minutes later that delivery was cancelled by them and rescheduled for next week. Called them as we ran out of water they said we would have delivery the next day got email to confirm but then the day if delivery they sent another email rescheduling again for the following week. Called again and it got escalated to manager who was supposed to call but it’s now 7/1 and still no water or phone call from manager. Needless to say we had to buy water from Home Depot. At this point I have no idea what’s going on I spoke to them yesterday and was told the manager would be calling me later that afternoon but never got call. Terrible service
Just to let Belmont Springs know about your excellent employee. He delivers water to Boston Medical Center 9th floor (young guy) he is SO nice. Always polite and professional. YOU have a great employee. Being a manager, I always like to commend good workers. They need to be recognized.

For a longtime Belmont Springs residential customer, the switch from Belmont Springs to Crystal Rock has been difficult. But recently Ive been fortunate to have Eric as my route driver. He is very personable and has quickly resolved any delivery problems.
I dont get all the complaints. I have been with them 8 -9yrs, and yes they have been late a couple of times over the past eight yrs, but very reasonable for a company that has route drives, that may call in last minute, customer service is generally help and nice, When cooler broke down it was replaced in a couple days, When I moved it was a smooth transition, I have come across hard times a couple of times and it was only after no payment for 2 months did they contact me and still gave me couple of weeks to pay Every.Company has bad employees, as some of these complaints are about drivers bad attitudes, I have to guess these complaints are in reference to this, I have never had these issues in over 8 yrs,,

I have no idea where all these not so great reviews are coming from. I have used their services for over a year now and would be lost without them. If I could give them a 10 Star review, I would. One time I missed the delivery date and forgot to put my empties out and the driver called me to make sure I still needed water. Crystal Rocks drivers and every customer service agent Ive spoken to, (which Ive never had a problem getting through to) have gone above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction. Love this company and am extremely happy with the products and service I receive. I am so glad I was referred to them.
Avoid like a plague. Sign up with this company if you want your nerves wracked for your own money and like spending hours on a phone to finally see your water that you paid for. It was a rocky start, but I decided to ignore the reviews and give them a chance. Yesterday fore no good reason at all -- no water. Customer service is useless. Can never get hold of managers. No control over the filed delivery that do, pretty much, what they want and are not accountable. They can skip your delivery and simply reschedule you for three days later, no apologies, no explanations. Crappy service, cancelling them out, going with another company. Avoid!
Customer Service Reps are nice, BUT:-called TWICE to ask why we werent getting our bi-weekly water delivery. DAYS went by after calling the first time. And DAYS went by after the 2nd complaint.-called to verify when we were going to get our water delivery. Was told our account was LOCKED due to non-payment! And to unlock it, we had to pay $14!!! Was noted on our account that we opted to NOT GET E-MAIL bills OR the paper bills. THEN HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW HOW MUCH WE OWE? And if that was the case, then why were we getting 5 months of bills in one mailing?!This place is a joke. And its too bad because the water is delicious.OH! So, I called to confirm the order on a Wednesday. They said this coming Friday. I cancelled on that very same call and a delivery man comes THE NEXT DAY (Thursday) to drop off ONE, 5 GALLON JUG. What the heck is going on over there?!OH! Another one: Was told we would get a box of bottled water for the promotion: buy to 5 gallon jugs, get a box for free. NEVER GOT THE BOX OF WATER. Nor did they even try to fix it and send us a box after the promotion was over.

Every single time they say that we will get the delivery the day of or the next day they never actually deliver. Havent been able to talk to anybody that could actually solve the issue even though I have talk to customer service at least 5 times now.

Our water failed to be delivered on time three months in a row. Im pretty sure it never would have came if we didnt call each month asking where it was. This company is not worth the stress- water is extremely low on our priority list at our office- we shouldnt have to worry about chasing it down every month.
Honestly, they are one of the worst companies to order water from. They were rarely on time and I cancelled my service last February and its now August and they STILL have yet to pick up the bubblers and water jugs after scheduling a return 5 times.
After this company was sold to DS Services, the quality of the water went downhill. In the last two months I had to return 2, 5 gallon bottles because the water has turned green. Im returning 6 full bottles to them and cancelling my services with them. By the way they are not reimbursing me for the 6 bottles Im sending back. The WORST spring water Ive ever tasted. They also have the WORST customer service ever. I spent 18 minutes on hold and then it took 13 minutes for the rep to understand what I was saying. I will stick with Poland Spring no matter how they try to steal our town water. Do NOT go with Belmont Springs!
If I could do 0 stars I would. I just spend 40 minutes on hold for them to tell me that due to their error, my company is on credit hold. They entered the wrong email, so I was not receiving invoices (and they did not mail or call when we started getting behind). When they finally called due to nonpayment, we corrected the email and I received all the invoices. Four days later I sent the check. Here we are 2 weeks later and because they have not entered the check, we cannot receive water...DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE! I think the company is too big for its own good, and apparently does not need our business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY!Update: I received a copy of the check they cashed the day before I called (the one they claim they didnt receive).
After 8 years of loyalty..............Our water system at work was down for 5 weeks. I called and called and called 11 times. I wrote 7 emails and finally the replace the unit with and older on that broke immediately. I then called Poland Spring and had a new system delivered and hooked up ready to go in 1 day.
I made the mistake of ordering water delivery from Belmont Springs before checking reviews. I have never been so disappointed in a company. Even their online service sucks. Nothing but your payment information is logged. They assured me a phone call to let me know ETA. A morning delivery was requested and I was told a confirmation call will be made. I have taken time out of work and need to get back. Three calls to the company. No results. First person I spoke to this morning was rude and arrogant till I called her out on it. And the second representative refused to put a supervisor on the phone.Still waiting for call. Must leave shortly. OH WELL. Buyer Beware!!If I could rate -4 I would.Update: Never received phone call. Cancelled service immediately. Woke up this morning and found an unauthorized charge of $50.00 on my account. Called Belmont and I was told it would take 6 weeks for refund. Bank on notice and investigation has been initiated.Dont get caught up with these clowns. BAD BAD BAD

ZERO STARS. Customer Service is a literal joke - this is the most incompetent vendor Ive ever come across. Without fail, they have skipped our scheduled delivery since November. The do not communicate when they need to re-schedule/skip entirely, though they STILL bill you for the bottles you should have received. We had been a long time customer - but ever since this company merged, it has been a complete time suck and nightmare to keep water stocked it our office. I have honestly called no less than 6 times in the last 2.5 months to request service when deliveries have been skipped - and several of these rescheduled deliveries were AGAIN rescheduled at the vendors discretion - with no communication. They have blamed this lack of service on the stretch of week-day holidays since Thanksgiving - Im not sure theyll ever recover... When they have delivered, they have brought the incorrect number or bottles - and have failed to take away the empty ones. The customer service team has done nothing to make this right. Cancelling service.

This company has been terrible to get ahold of. Does not answer the phone, hasnt responded to emails. The water dispenser they delivered was not what we ordered and then they charged us more on the monthly bill. They never deliver water when they call to say they will and the customer service is terrible. As soon as I can actually reach someone I will cancel my service.
If I could give zero stars I would. The most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Youre better off siphoning water off the street and pouring it thru a charcoal filter. Through their distributor DS Services, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. What company makes a series of mistakes, forces you to pay a significant balance, then cancels your service without notice and sends someone to repossess the water cooler. The real problem is that they give lip-service to caring about the customer, but its nearly impossible to reach a person, and if you do happen to connect with a human being, they do not seem capable of processing basic information.You would be well-warned to use basically ANY OTHER WATER DELIVERY SERVICE for your home or office.
Jan 2019: Literally the worst company I have every dealt with. They miss deliveries entirely and then charge for it. I had to contest the charge with my CC company. Last I called to speak to a supervisor, which is 9 times over the past 2-3 months, she (Rhonda) laughed at me and blew me off. I was promised calls back from Andrew (another supervisor), and never got them. Customer service is nothing more than a few people who tell you whatever you want to hear and take no action what so ever. Go anywhere else other than Crystal Rock/DS Services. Its almost criminal as they were stealing my moneyMarch 2019 I would like to update this and leave an additional review. One day late Jan all of a sudden a delivery did show up announced after missing at least 8 deliveries. However delivery was supposed to be made on 2/28, it was missed. I called and complained on 3/6 and they said Id have delivery the next day, it was missed again. I called on 3/8 and they said it would be there by end of day, 30 minutes after the delivery driver himself called me from his personal cell phone and said Id have it. I didnt get it. I text him on 2/9 and he said end of day again, and still nothing.I then called Land of Water, they distribute Saka water, and 4 hours later I had delivery. No lie, 4 hours! How can a company the size of Belmont spring miss at least a dozen deliveries after promising me in writing? Never again! Saka water all the way!
This is a joke. i have to call them every couple months and remind them they forgot about us, they never deliver on time and when they do finally come they drop off about 20 water bottles to make up for it and then forget us again. we are on a plan that we are supposed to get 5 water bottles every two weeks and i have never seen them accept when i have to call and remind them we are a client.

The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I will not go into detail of how horribly our practice has been treated- but basically they forget to deliver our water EVERY SINGLE WEEK, and when our water cooler broke and needed to be replaced, there were lies on top of lies about when it would be delivered. Including the lie that we would get a free bottle upon delivery because of having to wait. Well the cooler was delivered this week after being cancelled 3 times...but our water was not delivered....yet again. WORST COMPANY EVER.

This is a horrible company. They have regularly missed our water deliveries and when we call their customer support they tell us delivery is scheduled in the next few days with faux sympathy. This is always a lie and upon calling again we receive the same message (from a different representative, of course) only for no water to show up. Keep in mind every time we call its a 20+ minute wait to talk to someone, IF the line doesnt have a busy tone. How a queued customer service phone line can have a busy tone Im not sure. I would advise traveling to the ocean, collecting your own water, and desalinating it yourself over signing up with this company.
Amongst the worst companies to deal with. About 6 months ago, our delivery date came with no water delivered. No big deal, stuff happens. Called customer service and we were told the driver would contact us with a delivery time and all that. Was expecting to be told that water was coming immediately but figured give it a chance. After this did not occur my wife contacted customer service again (which is an ordeal in its own) and expressed our displeasure. She was given the same song and dance again but she insisted on speaking with a supervisor. She was told that they had lost some drivers and that is why the water was not coming, apologized, gave us 2 months of free service and the water came the next day.Last week our delivery was missed again. The whole process started again, we were told the driver would contact us blah blah blah. Told them we were unconvinced since this has happened before. They scheduled us for a delivery. However they charged us up front for an additional delivery without telling us. So now we have paid for 2 deliveries in the month of September and if you would believe it, the second double charged delivery for the month has not come.Enough being enough we attempted to cancel, emphasis on the attempt. My wife was unable to get through yesterday. Tried to call them at the points in her day that she could only to sit on hold for 35-45 minutes, have to hang up because she needed to get back to work. Was finally able to get someone on the phone and cancel. They will not come out to pick up the water fountain and empty bottles for another 3 weeks so I highly doubt that had we not have canceled we would not have received any water at all this month.I very rarely will publicly complain about a company and do not enjoy to do so but this company is absolutely horrendous. Its not so much that the deliveries are late but you are billed for deliveries that will not come and the customer service is a joke. If you are able to actually communicate with a human you will most likely be told something just to get you off the phone.Bottom line spend more money with Poland Springs or something like that or buy jugs from the food store. You will be way happier.
Awful! Avoid at all costs. There is no customer service, they cannot figure out the basics of making phone call, emailing or paper mail for basic communication. I’ve beeen waiting for them to pick up my cooler for a month after I had enough and cancelled.... they sent me to collections for a water cooler when I have a pending pick up for next week. It was the soonest they could come, a full mont after I cancelled.... avoid avoid avoid listen to the reviews!

Dont fall for this.. They keep on sending me bottles which I did not requested and afterwards I got extra charge!.. Customer Service is bad too the number for customer service that they posted on their website is not even working. I was on hold for 30+ minutes. Crabby services..... Requested for delivery of 3 5 gallons twice a month (6 bottle a month) and never get any water on time. Always say that we are so sorry to hear that, we will request for a one time delivery for you right away. The water will be deliver by tomorrow... Sike! Do not do business with Belmont Springs. They NEVER deliver on time. I run out of water every month and contacting customer service takes hours. This has been ongoing for 4 months. This week I contacted them 3 times in ensure I had my water on the delivery date of thursday which they confirmed each time and i requested a manager to call me to hear my concerns. I neither received water or a call from a manager. This company is terrible.
Worst service ever! Hours of wait time on the phone, scheduled deliveries rarely show up on time, Ive been waiting for a week and a half for a water cooler to be delivered and after 3.5 hours a day on the phone with them am still waiting for the cooler.
Horrible. Delivery guy never showed up when he said he would. Never called or notified us so we would wait a day or week to get our water. When I cancelled service because we moved, they never came to pickup their equipment! Again, no call - even after I called THEM and they told me Id be hearing from a manager. Never happened. In the end we just moved and left the stuff. I highly discourage anyone from using this service.
Terrible. I had to change the delivery schedule due to holiday travel and was not able to get them to make delivery again. I called 5 times to schedule the delivery and was told that the water would be delivered next day every time. I completed running out of water and patient by 5th time. Dont use.

Signed up via costco - they failed to show up for 3 consecutive days to deliver our first delivery and cooler, so I canceled... spent 45 minutes on hold in order to do even that. UNFREAKINGBELIEVABLE.
I dont really have problems with belmont delivery so far but delivery person attitude wasnt so great.When I asked for a different water cooler he *sigh* and ask me why,why,why. Its because this one is not stable and I have kids I reply .More why, and how about this. He just refused to go to his truck and get me a different one. Out of frustration I said Forget it Ill cancel the service.After that he then went to his truck and grab me a new one and its has been good since. Delivery was on time. Horrible company. Fails to deliver for months at a time. Try to cancel service, when I finally got through to something other than a fast busy signal (that took three days), the auto attendant gives the option if you are considering canceling your service, press 3. Pressing 3 disconnects you! Finally got a live person and canceled, they promised to pick up but had to be 10 days later than I requested. And naturally, they just didnt show to pick up the bottles,pick up the cooler. I am going to dispose of the cooler on recycling day. I signed up with a company called ReadyRefresh, who has Poland Springs product. They are significantly less expensive, courteous, and they actually showed up when they said they would.
About 3 weeks ago Belmont Springs delivered 2 - 5 Gallon bottles of water to our house. Thats fine except it wasnt our delivery day. And we did not request it. And contractors are at our house and we wont be living there for about a month.So I called customer service. I told them to pick them up and please apply a credit. I also told them to cancel any further deliveries until we call back because we are unsure of when we would need more ( we still had a full 5 gallon bottle we barely touched.)They said ok a truck will be sent out this week.....Week goes by and no truck...I call again - yes sir a truck will be by this week....Week goes by no truck....I call a third time - yes sir a truck will be by this week.Week goes by no truck.I call one more time and I ask to speak to a manager - she tells me again either today or this week.I said CANCEL THE ACCOUNT - its very sad as we have been with this company for 18 years and never hada problem. I told the manager this was not hard - one truck pickup and we would have been happy.Not only do you call and have to be put on hold for an hour but anything they say I could not believe anymore.And one more thing - even after I told them to cancel any further deliveries until we call they still had 2 more bottles ready to be delivered to our house for the 18th.Wow what happened to this company they really suck now.On to another company and good riddens.

I ordered online, heard nothing for over a month, no call back, no email, nothing, so I made other arrangements and then I come home one day to find 4 bottles of water and a cooler on my front porch. Ridiculous. Now Im on hold trying to get rid of them.
DONT EVER START WITH THEM! THE SINGLE MOST WORST COMPANY EVER. NEVER COULD GET DELIVERIES ONCE I FANALLY DID NEVER COULD GET THEM TO COME TO GET EMPTIES AND REFILL. ONCE I CANCELED TOOK OVER 2 MONTHS TO TRY AND GET THEM TO TAKE BACK THERE BOTTOLES AND EQUIPMENT. I FINALY GOT A REFUND AFTER BITCHING FOR WEEKS. THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME BUT NEVER DID. I ENDED UP THROWING OUT THE EQUIPMENT. SAVE YOUR TIME AND PAIN AND DO NOT BOTHER TO LOOK AT THIS COMPANY. ONE OF THE LAST PHONE CALLS THE WOMAN EVEN SAID SHE WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW JOB BECAUES SHE KNOWS THIS COMPANY WILL NOT LAST.
Since June 2014 when I first signed up for this service it has become a nightmare at best. They are never on schedule, have to call to get water delivered..EXAMPLE: I GOT MY CALL ON Sunday THAT WATER DELIEVERY WAS FOR THE NEXT DAY (Monday) they never showed up as usual. I called customer service every day, sometimes twice and it is now Thursday and my water just arrived. My plan is to write a letter to the highest person that I can withinBelmont Springs and copy it to COSTCO (I purchased thru them). Then, I am going to post this nightmare on Facebook and Twitter. Not sure what I will accomplish other than knowing maybe something may get done. This service truly sucks at best!!!
This isnt spring water, its purified water. Be sure to check the sticker on the caps. Real sneaky.
Pretty horrible service. Cancelled service after many years with them due to bad service. They promised and scheduled 20 times but never came to pick up their empty bottles and coolers. DONT USE THEM. YOUOVE BEEN WARNED.
We have not had a delivery of water in 3 months now and we call and ask for a delivery at least twice a month....

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The most inefficient company I have ever dealt with. Have been without water all week, have called everyday to be told today is the day of my delivery and still nothing. This place is a joke!
Very poor customer service. They simply dont deliver water for months at a time with no call or explanation why. When you call to speak with someone about it you will be on hold for at the very least a half hour at any given time or day. My company made an original agreement with them establishing monthly fees and set prices however the invoices fluctuated every month and I constantly had to call and get refunds for unexplained fees. Now we have canceled service with their company due to not having had a delivery for 2 months and being told that they just cant seem to see why the driver did not come. Then they gave another scheduled date for 2 days later and no showed for that as well. Mind you this is not the first time. Its been a month since we canceled, I have called multiple times and no one has come to pick up the empty bottles or water cooler. DO NOT work with this company you will regret it.

F-ing horrendous customer service!!!!!!! I dont think I could fit it all in the space provided by how disrespectful and how ridiculous these folks are! Its been over a month since Ive tried to get a refund, and theyve given me the run-around, so now Im considering taking them to Small-Claims court since it seems a legal official is the only way theyll respond.Avoid them like the plague!!!
With the company for 10 some year. Service when downhill,1 Bottle Water for $ 21.19, who is use one bottle water delivery? 2 time .now no water .....

Terrible customer service! Had the service for 3 months, had to call customer service 6 times. Water not delivered consistently, if at all, several billing issues.

You will regret it if you contract with Belmont Springs for water delivery. They give you a schedule and they dont stick to it. Ive had to call repeatedly to get water delivered.
I am currently using their service but thinking to find another one. They left bottles behind the door without collecting empty ones. Now i have more than twelve empty bottles. They are terrible.
One of the most grossly incompetent companies Ive ever had to deal with - never delivered on time and no-showed for four deliveries in a row. Avoid, categorically. We swapped to Vermont Pure, they delivered the same day. Were still waiting on Belmont Springs to show up to pick up their old cooler.
