I got a Toyota Prius from brand motor, car started to make noise after 3 days. I needed to change coil and spark plugs. I had to spend more than $1000 after I purchased the car. The Azerbaijani woman told me that “car is $10000 total” I paid $2000 down, and then I realized that my payments not going less, I called financial office and they told me “car is $13000” total. What the hell! I didn’t understand why they don’t try to be honest. So this is literally untrustworthy job.

I was interested in purchasing a 2004 Lexus from the dealer. I asked if there were any problems with the vehicle. I was told nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I stood around waiting for someone to assist me. I finally got someone to help me. I was allowed to test drive the car. I noticed some problems with the car. I wanted to get an independent inspection on the car. After, the the car was inspected; the report listed many problems. I informed the owner, and he told me he would not lower the price or repair the vehicle. I would recommend anyone who is interested in buying a car from them have the car inspected.

I purchased a 2004 Sienna from them a little over a month ago. Car was in excellent condition inside and out,nice detailing job, new paint, new tires. Friendly owners, no high pressure sales tactics. The fact that the car was so clean, especially in comparison with cars from others sellers, really helped clinch the deal with all other things equal.What gets them 5 stars from me however is how well they handled my complaint. Seems like they really want to keep a good reputation. When I got home, the check engine light came on. I had inspected the paperwork and saw that it had recently passed smog inspection, so this must be a new issue - my bad luck. When I called them, even though they had sold me the car as is they had us bring it back and they replaced the now faulty O2 sensor. A month later car has no error codes and drives well.Very pleased with the experience and would recommend them to others.

I had brought a used Toyota Camry from here some time back. The car was great, no issues worked well, used it for almost two years and went back to sell it to them and got a good price for it. I strongly recommend that you avoid this dealership. I got a good deal here on what seemed to be a clean car. All they do is sell a very well detailed car, that appears to be a mechanical hack from an auction. Please dont make the same mistake I made by spending my money here. It has been the worst purchase I have ever made. These small time dealers make their money by lying to you eithout remorse, and I promise you will regret putting your trust in them.Please shop elsewhere, you would be better off buying from a private party on Craigslist. If you do shop here anyway, pray, and listen to that voice telling you to walk away. Hope this saves you from living my experience.

Their post on Craigslist was inaccurate and misleading. You pull up into the parking lot and it just feels fishy. The management is friendly enough, however they seemed very unprofessional as it took them 15 minutes just to find where they put the keys to the car we were checking out. I would stay away from this place if you found it through a craigslist. Save yourself the trip.

I stumbled upon Brand Motors when my 1993 Toyota Camry died. I was looking for a new car on CarGuru and I saw a used 2006 Volkswagen Passat Komfort for $7,000 with only 22,000 miles. In their ad there were no problems with the Vehicle. When I arrived I asked again if there were any problems with the car, they said no. When I inspected the car all the buttons were bubbling and worn off, and the head liner was coming off. I decided to buy the car anyways. I asked them to fill the tank because I had to drive all the way back from Sacramento. They only put a quarter tank in, as I was driving home I worried if I was even going to make it (I found this out after we signed all the paperwork). Also, when we were signing the paperwork the sales woman put the tax at 9%, when in actuality it was only 8.5%. They only gave me ONE KEY and these aren’t the cheap keys, it uses the smart keys which are another $300. When I was driving away I discovered the AC was broken. At this point I was pretty heated, literally. I boiled in my seat for the two and a half hour drive home. When I got to the repair shop, Im told that its going to cost $1,800 to fix the AC. So all together I cant even drive my car because its going to be 3-4 days in the shop, its going to cost $300 for the headliner and another $300 for the spare key. This costed me $9,400 (not including tax) so by the time thats all squared away its going to total up to about $10,000. As a side note, the stereo cant even play a CD properly.

Paid 11 thousand for a nice looking vehicle and 1 hour after driving fron the dealership Engine Light came on Mercades 2008 R350 Horrible i been inconvenience 4 time within 4 days of purchase now today is the last day im going back to return vehicle and get my money back... Wait theres more i seen my auto body shop that i know very well and they told me the vehicle was in a acciedent on the driver side and the dealership told me that the title was clean............. Im very upset because i work hard and time is money never never trust make sure you get your vehicle checked same day you are going to purchase people take out the time.... Hope this is helpful. Very Happy they returned my Money back in full.
