Wouldnt recommend this location. I came in and was ignored for over an hour before I decided to leave and go somewhere else. The one staff that was on duty was helping someone else, who arrived before me, but to wait for over an hour and not even ask what I am in for is ridiculous. Who knows it couldve been resolved with a quick answer. I got fed up when I looked at the staff member and saw she was on her phone and decided to leave, even though I had been waiting over an hour to ask one question. Will not be coming back to this store.
Three cheers for Tessa who did an outstanding job today helping me with a damaged cell phone. She handled things in a calm and professional manner. Verizon is lucky to have such a great associate.
Great people but they get 2 stars for the Garbage 3rd party Insurance company they use. Sent out for cracked screen and they sent it back Making the back match the front, now phone needs to be replaced. Something went wrong here.

The staff at the Belmont Verizon store are amazing. I had serious problems with someone logging into my account and manipulating it. The store personnel worked with me - the process took over six hours over the course of several days - to regain control of my account, eliminate accounts that had been added without my knowledge, and resolve issues regarding equipment that had been fraudulently ordered in my name. Mariah, Liz, Alexia, and Elisia all worked with me at various times and were unbelievably patient and competent. They surely know their product and have a great relationship with Verizon corporate. I highly recommend this store for all your Verizon needs.
My dad went in asking why his iphone doesn’t charge. Elisia said it was broken and he had to buy a new phone. He believed her and purchased a new phone. They couldn’t help him set it up which is a whole other issue. His original iphone charging port needed a cleaning and now works just fine. Way to take advantage of a customer. 😡

Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. They take the time to answer any questions even if you arent there to buy anything. If you are a Verizon customer or purchased a phone from there, or even purchased a Verizon phone as a personal sale and dont know how to transfer your stuff from your old, non Verizon phone to your new Verizon phone they always seem happy to help.
I would rate them less if I could. All we’re trying to do is get a new phone with one of the upgrades on the account. They’ve been “helping” us for 2.5 hours at this point. Might want to think about actually training your staff. Definitely would not recommend this location to anyone.
Finally, a store where they actually treat you like a person and not just a number. Didnt have to sign in, staff was busy but was approached by a nice young lady who let me know they would be ready to help me as soon as they could. Only had a problem with getting my email calendars to sync up properly and the store manager Mariah was super helpful and friendly as she resolved my issue. Would highly recommend this store to anyone! Thank you!!
Learn how to answer phones so customers dont waste their time coming into the store for no reason.
I have not been in this location without having my issues fixed. The staff has been very friendly. I always feel welcome and not like an inconvenience.
Chelsea is amazing! I went to Verizon gowireless in Belmont this morning because my brand new Note 9 wont charge. I was there for well over an hour with phone on wireless charger and it was only charging to 3%, she tried everything she could and then she called warranty dept to get a new phone shipped to ke tomorrow, she is so caring and understood that I use my phone for business. I highly recommend the Belmont Verizon everyone there is top notch. Thank you so much
After trying several Verizon stores and having a terrible experience, I was SO impressed by the service my family and I received from this location. Carmen was incredibly helpful, listened to my familys needs, and was more than accommodating to every need we had when upgrading all 5 phones on the plan.The staff was personable, very knowledgable, and friendly even though it was the end of the day and they were there past close to make sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this location to anyone. It has by far been the best Verizon experience I have ever had!

Whenever I am in need the employees at the Belmont Go Wireless are always quick to respond. They are extremely knowledgeable and are dedicated to assisting and assuring that their customers are satisfied when they leave. I recommend this location over all others!
Three of us had just returned from traveling to Spain. We had chosen to swap out our Verizon SIM cards for local ones in Spain. Upon return and inserting our Verizon SIM cards, we could make phone calls but had no data plan/carrier in our iPhones. Charles helped us and tried every trick he knew. We tried several things and when his wealth of knowledge was exhausted, he got in touch with someone from Apple. This resulted in setting up a phone call with an Apple specialist for the next day. However, my daughter and I had one last thought as to what could have occurred to make this problem show up on all three phones. It was something Charles had suggested before, but we could not think of what could have changed. With his encouragement, we felt confident that we could delete a program, and voila. The phones instantly regained data. Charles gave us his undivided attention throughout this very lengthy process. Seriously, he must have missed his dinner break because he was devoted to helping us. We were and are so grateful that he didnt just try to tell us to upgrade or do something else. He clearly wanted to help us. He was kind, patient and polite. We could not have asked for a better sales person. The store looked neat with everything in place. Two additional employees were present and helped people who came and went. We witnessed professionalism in the handling of each customer. THANK YOU, Charles!
No one answers the phone. I have tried to call for days. No registration number for the warranty on the cases was given. I have been on hold for over 25 minutes at separate times. Service is terrible if you need to call. Find a different store to go to.
Worst experience from July still dealing with the mess they made of my account! My recommendation is drive to Concord Steeple Gate Mall excellent service!

Horrible customer service, condescending employees and an atmosphere that screams that youre an inconvenience. The assistant manager refused me service because she wasnt going to make a quick buck. Do not go here, its a revolving door of teenagers that dont have any customer service skills. Take a quick drive down to the Union Ave location! Much better.

We had a terrible experience here. the associate was immediately put off because we were not buying accessories that would pad his pocket. He screwed up the activation, verizon had to be called, and the process done all over again, wasting even more time. He had to ask us of our passcode several times, and we had to sign 3 contracts because he couldnt get it right. When I asked for a bag i was told they were out, but saw 2 other customers get bags when they worked with the other gentleman that was working. I have been in retail for over 30 years and will NEVER deal with this store again.

Being an authorized retailer, I spent almost $100 more here than I should have. We were made aware that by signing up with Verizon, there would be a $20 activation fee per line. No problem, it was unexpected at first but they made it clear and that was fine. When we left the store after setting up our phones, we had paid $91; $10 per sim card and $20 per line to set-up. That set-up fee was on top of the activation fee I had to pay for someone to do it for me, because I was not aware I could do it myself (AFTER he charged my card, he made a comment that once I bought another phone for the line I might be able to set it up by calling directly, but that usually it doesnt work and youd have to go in to start service). In the end, if you simply call Verizon to set-up, Verizon does not charge for sim cards (saving me $40 had I known), and they only charge the activation fee, not any additional set-up charges. For me personally, that means to start service with Verizon in general, Id have to pay $100, then just my monthly bill from there. In total by going to this store, Im paying $100 plus $91. One of the sim cards I bought from them was the wrong one, because the person who sold it gave me one for a different phone. After clearing it COULD be returned, they were very rude to my husband and wouldnt let us return it. $10 wouldnt be a big deal had I not just paid them an unnecessary $91 to begin with, and if they would have been more courteous to my husband.

My experience with this store was horrible. I found them unfriendly and not helpful. I went home and called customer service on my phone and was able to complete the task on my own. Super disappointed.

I updated my ancient bionic to a turbo2 ...I am far from smartphone savey ....went in to Belmont NH store on a sunday eve and was helped by Charles D who was a great help and wfas extremely helpful explaining my new phone and plan..he is an excellent representative of your company ...had to come back Monday AM for a few things we couldnt do on a Sunday night ...this visit we were helped by Carmen Q (who is a district manager) and was delighted at her patience and positive attitude in dealing with my old phones transfer attitude ...good leaders provide good employees and this store is a perfect example of that..a great experience that could easily have been a disaster without good customer representative.. Thank you Verizon
