Love Revolve!!!! Raised going to Downtown Filenes Basement for designer clothing for decades....when it closed I was totally depressed!!! My closet is now almost 90% from Revolve...Thank you for being my go to for high end designer clothing at 1/3 the retailers cost.

The numerous reviews with such ugliness are seemingly soooo far off/makes you wonder if grounded/authentic. For probably a decade, I have been consigning with Revolve, Belmont. Owner Lisa is fabulous (great businesswoman, great with clientele and obviously very successful for a reason). I only visit just the Belmont Center store but can tell you Lauren there is outstanding and so aren’t the other ladies and Michael as well. I have never been treated with anything but kindness, respect and honesty. Revolve is a class act from the brick & mortar itself to everything inside including the people who make it a pleasure to visit!

This place is amazing. I went here for my self as a nice week day break and it was fabulous. The people there are great, about $$$. I have not had better staff, and never would go anywhere else. The thing that I can never find: great quality for a good price. It had it all with great bags and dresses. This place always has your back!

They have everything you didnt know you needed (but you do!), some pieces youll love unconditionally, but not always what you came in for.Flex with it, shopper! Bring home something unexpected and awesome.

Anytime I treat myself to a new item in my closet I always try to donate /or consign some items as well. I love this revolve and personally consign my luxury items here. I also have had amazing luck finding great designer handbags at revolve boutiques around Boston. 💖💖💖💖

Gone DownhillThis used to be a wonderful place with a variety of styles and designers - but sadly its now mostly an Eileen Fisher discount store (not the nicest stuff either). Very disappointing.

I made the very regrettable decision to consign here and I would never do it again nor would I suggest anyone else shop or consign here. They over priced my items so they never sold, and ended up on the sale rack. When I came in to get the item I was told they could not give it to me and I had to come back on another day and speak with a manager.I am not in the area very often and tried to explain that to them. I purposely increased my voice so the person would just decide it was not worth it. She did but why put me through that? I asked if they could mail me my check for the items that did sell and they told me they dont mail checks because they get lost in the mail. Really, when other people send me things in the mail I am able to get them, so I find that odd. I spoke with a Lisa - very rude and sent her my address. Overall I would put them in the negative of experiences.

The owner was beyond disrespectful and referred to her customers as “old women” and spoke of them as though they were simply wallets with no intelligence.Her story kept changing with every contradiction with regards to pricing.I don’t care if she offered me 100% of retail I don’t do business with people of that caliber.

Having consigned here before, I thought Id give it another shot. Never again! When I returned to inquire about a credit, they claimed to have LOST my belongings!! These were great quality, expensive pieces. Needless-to-say, I was very disappointed. I was told to expect a call from the manager when she returned but I never received a call back. Yuck. Creeped out by this place.

Fabulous high-end pieces by Chanel (lots), Burberry (tons), St Johns (whole rack), etc, as well as great Contemporary designers, Lulu and others. Stunning bags, well-priced jewelry including frequent Tiffany. With-it staff pride themselves on knowing and serving their customers. I almost always leave with great finds.

I am continually horrified at the lack of customer service at Revolve. Unless you are purchasing something, and only something expensive, are the employees pleasant. They are rude, dismissive, and condescending. They barely say hello when you walk in, already judging how much you will or wont spend. Apparently they havent realized that they sell SECOND HAND items, not that it should matter what theyre selling. When attempting to consign some shoes because I lost part of my foot in a devastating accident, the employee showed zero compassion. I explained my reasoning for having so many shoes and was devastated to be parting with them. I had spent a lot of money on these - Blahniks, Prada, Fly London, Joan and David, Lanvin, etc. All the employee cared about was what was in season and style, showing now compassion for what I was experiencing. The shoes were all leather, well maintained, classic shoes that may or may not have sold but the woman looked at what I had as if they were old rubber flip flops. Her approach could have been different, explaining that in order to maintain the business they look to sell quickly and within a month instead of looking down her nose and being annoyed with what I was looking to sell. I will not return to this store and I will make certain not only to write a letter to the company but let anyone I know who shops there how I was treated.

The women were very helpful w answering my questions. I have gathered pictures of clothing and accessories that I have directly bought here are something so similar. Excellent shape on all items Ive ever seen here. and it is definitely more upscale and pricey in the world of thrift shops. Selling items to consign isnt something u can count on. Maybe once in awhile. I just wouldnt suggest bringing trash bags full of clothes open sign because they are very picky from what I gather and spread the consigning around instead of relying on a consistent base. pros and cons.

Consigned 2 pairs of boots. One sold - one didnt. Staff is not friendly or helpful. It took numerous times to try to reach someone. No one returned my phone call. Probably wont consign here again. Probably wont shop here either.

Very disappointed. NOT a friendly staff. They take your clothes and you never hear from them again. You buy a few things to realize later that it needs to be fixed.

Have been consigning and buying here for a couple of years. Love what I find and appreciate their pickiness so only high quality merchandise is offered.

Revolve is a terrific boutique full of the best in womens and mens clothing and accessories.

This is a great store.

Super consignment store. If theyll take your stuff, youll make some money. But they dont take much.
