Charlie is great and most of their staff is very nice and friendly. I love shopping at this store and buying their chicken on a stick. I do have a complaint about an employee she is skinny and a somewhat older lady w/ glasses at the Deli seems to be very rude to some of the customers there. I see her in the Loudon Store sometimes too. My friend and I went there one day and he was sitting at a table inside eating a slice of pizza he just bought and having a conversation with one of the other employees and the lady with glasses told my friend that they couldnt hang out there and they needed to leave. Needless to say if people cant sit at a table inside and eat a slice of pizza they bought from you then you probably shouldnt have inside seating. My friend was very upset upset and now refuses to return to the store. I havent ever tried eating at a table but probably wouldnt after seeing that happen. When employees push customers away that spend 100s and 1000s of dollars at your business on gas, diesel, food, soda, beer and cigarettes I dont think it should be an issue to sit down inside and eat a slice of pizza they buy from you or to be sociable with an employee. I saw it happen to them if it was me Id feel the same way. But I personally have no issues with the store...but that lady who is rude and never has a smile on her face shouldnt be working in customer service especially at busy stores like Belmont & Loudon

The manager Charlie is beyond rude, not only to customers but to employees in front of customers. Used to one of my favorite stores unfortunately the passed year the food and service has drastically declined

Love this little country store which also is attached to DD and they make food lunches chicken all types and sandwiches pasta saladsgreat food eat in is available. Little pricey on store items but get gas and and grsb a excellent lunch to go.

They dont have time limits on when to throw away food under the heat lamps. You can accidently pay $5 for an inedible brick. One of the staff members there is also very rude to me for no real reason.

The food is good and the service is fast.

Has just about everything. I did buy a sandwich here and it has mold in it. Some things can get a little pricey.
