If you want second rate mechanic work and overpriced parts, go here for your lawn machine care.I own a $15,000 Hustler super z that was not properly put back together, specifically the large bracket over the engine that holds the air filter and oil cooler, was not fastened at all on one side and 1 loose bolt on the other, (2 bolts for each side) and the hose clamp attaching the air hose from the filter to the carburetor was gone.I paid a large sum after they had the machine for 6 weeks. (Slow time of year luckily, and the sum paid does not really matter. ) When I called to voice my concern, it was 1st . . denial, and 2nd . . next time take your mower somewhere else. So to put it bluntly it was a clear message of f.... you.Classy place with classy folks. Stay away. Go to hustlerparts.com for your parts and def somewhere else for your service.
They are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and they give you a good price on quality products. Much better service and prices than the large chain stores. They know what they are doing.
If you need something from a hardware store this is a good place to go. So easy that you dont have to do anything except ask and they find what you need. As a woman I often bring in a broken part because I dont have a clue what I really need and they always get me what I need. I no longer live in the same town but live very close to the bigger hardware stores however, I will travel the extra minutes because to get there because I know it will actually take me less time because their customer service is so good!

Dont go there for woodworking supplies, but for chainsaws, lawnmowers, etc. or the parts he is absolutely tops. Deal with an honest merchant who knows his business - not some high school kids selling Chinese junk in a big box store. He is a gem.
Well the 1st time I went in there I delt with a very nice person very helpful very knowledgeable. Unfortunately one of the new parts that I had purchased was not an exact fit because of how the OEM manufacturer has changed the part over time. Unfortunately I had to return the part but since the customer service was above average I decided to buy the belt I needed their.I went to purchase a power rated belt and come to find out it was over $50. I was told by Steve that all power rated belts are expensive. (Over ten year old belt as well.. new) Being a mechanic I took him at his word and maybe it was just an expensive belt. He told me that that was the reason I was snapping belts. Wierd becausebi had a powrr rated belt on but okay... Since it was store credit I figured Oh well its an expensive belt I didnt know good to know. He talked down to me in was very rude and kind of disrespectful but I blew it off as me being annoying asking why the belt with so expensive maybe I was wrong and bugged him.Steve being rude, talking down to me, Outright lying to my face, then overcharging me by over double. I FEEL that is this not a honest practice.Come to find out that the belt is not expensive it only lasted a short time then snapped like i knew it would being on an abused mower... I looked up the belt at every other competitor in their all less than half the price I couldnt even find the same belt more than $26. When in the process of explaining to Stephen that it was a stunt racing mower he scoffed at me and said it shouldnt be snapping.Mower does close to 60mph..I wouldnt be so upset if it wasnt for the way Steve treated me and lied to me straight to my face. I just Feel that I was lied to to sell a part instead of just telling me they upcharge the part because its a sma business and I would have gladly paid.Just dishonest. And a bad attitude. I really had fought after leaving their I should just return the belt but I think its more hassle I would have to deal with. Unfortunately they just lost a very good potential customer.If I were you Go elsewhere or order online.

I have been a customer over twenty years. All though I only go sporadically at best. These people have always been extremely helpful, honest ani heat there service is great to. Anyone would benefit greatly by trying these guys out. An I happen to have lots of experience in numerous building trades fairly knowledgeable with small engines. My family happens to own Lakes Region pest Control over forty yes. I say all this cause I believe with our experience and dealings with these types of stores all over the state. I cant say enough good things bout this store. They wouldnt know me, probably if I walked in but always have been able to get what need, even the one time they knew where I could get it at another store. Support your local small businesses for we or good percentage of us do our very best for our customers cause we all intend to be around for the long run. This store is great example of honest and reasonable prices. If more people took the time to price check against the big chain stores. They would see that not only are they in same ball park but I find the little guys prices are better. An the quality is bout always better. People dont realize that the chain stores so called john Deere mowers are made with lower quality in parts than say a small dealer. Its true with tools all kinds of products in a home depot or Lowes.
Went there for a new bar and chain. They installed it and did a carb clean and adjusted. They did a great job.
Small engine repairs know what to do he will explain, and fix it right very professional service WOW.
