Terrible customer service, unwilling to help with any phone hardware issues. Was told to not even bother bringing the phone in because they couldnt help anyway. (Phone is only 9 months old). Then when I asked for Apple warranty service number, Patrick hung up. Once our phones are paid off, were going back to us cellular where the customer service is superior. Att thanks you Patrick for losing it 4 customers.

The manager Ed is phenomenal. He went above and beyond with customer service. Very friendly and helpful. The whole staff there is great! They even helped me with a non-AT&T issue. Always made me feel like I was welcome and my issues were never a problem! Highly recommended!!

Excellent customer service! Edger was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions while we were changing phone plans. Honestly it was the best experience I have ever had when going into a phone store. And I would highly reccomend anyone to go to him/AT&T. And..... my boyfriend thought he was very handsome. :D

Edger was the best person to deal with! Made our experience there amazing, took care of us and made sure we were able to get the phones we wanted. Definitely would recommend going to this store and dealing with Edger and his staff.

Andrei and Denard were amazing! They tagged teamed the store floor together while processing my 2 phone upgrade, it was impressive. Denard even found the phone that I wanted for my mom and made sure that I had it the next morning instead of waiting for delivery. Thank you guys for all the work that you put in to the sale. The ATT store is great,very helpful. ATT as a company is terrible. They lie to you at their customer service and sales departments. Ive nothing but lies and deceit from ATT call centers. They try rip you off all the time.
