Small shop but friendly and helpful service. They had exactly what I needed. Glad to see that there are still Mom and Pop stores out there in our digital age.

Just bought a squire Stratocaster, this is the second guitar I bought here and this fender brand budget guitar was about $100 cheaper than anywhere else I looked, on top of that Thor is extremely helpful. He oiled my hollow body guitar for me and even gave me a free kapo, it’s a different experience every time you go in but always extremely positive, it’s a small business that I pray will take off because i don’t know what I would do without this store. I highly recommend it!

I called in about a week ago in need of a head as mine quit on me. I told the guy what I was looking for and that I needed something ASAP for practice that night and a gig in two weeks. He made some suggestions and went over specs with me and hooked me up with a BOSS Katana MkII head. He let me sneak into the shop right before close to pick it up. I’m so happy with my purchase!! Awesome staff! These guys have been incredible! Store has all the goodies plus some really hot guitars. They focus on the nice instruments and have a broad range of stuff. Hoping I can take that candy apple red strat home soon! Or the Gretsch..... maybe I should get both.

Pretty much the best guitar store in southern Wisconsin. Store is beautiful, organized, and well maintained. Pricing is clearly marked and is very competitive (if not lower) than Guitar Center. Staff is knowledgeable, respectful and reasonable. This is NOT your big box store experience. This is exactly the atmosphere I look for when purchasing new guitars. Store layout makes it so nice for trying new guitars, amps, etc. The selection of guitars is much, much better than the big box retail giants. They cover the entire price spectrum with tons of options. There is honestly not one bad thing I would say about this store. I buy a lot of guitars (to many probably), but plan on always going to Paradise Guitars first. I just bought one from them this weekend (EVH, which they have the best selection of hands down) and am already planning my next one from these guys. You can still get the true music store experience at this store, which is awesome. I am tired of the big box Walmart experience of the primary retailer in Madison. Thanks for a great guitar, good value, and nice overall experience!

A local place for musicians to meet, learn and try new gear is just as important to a citys scene/culture as its venues. Paradise has been that place for years. It also has a good service and selection, great instructors and is the best place Ive found for repairs. What more could you ask for?

Im from belvidere. Was looking for some PRS pickup rings and found them to be the closet dealer. I am glad I went. Beats the pants off of any store in rockford area. The cleanliness and organization of the store is off the charts. Some of the shops locally in rockford almost look like they are going out of business. Stuff scattered everywhere. Paradises Staff was helpful, prices seemed good, the selection is best in the state line. I will be giving them all my business.

Bought all of my gear from Paradise and took lessons for about a year. Owner Mike is awesome and very flexible with prices and will work with you despite your funds and has never once tried to sell me something I didnt need and even talked me out of quite a few things I thought I needed. All the staff is absolutely awesome and their selection is pretty good alot of fenders of all kinds. Esp/ ltd, prs, Gretch and a pretty decent used selection and a plethra of amps and effects. Id Give them ten stars if I could. definitely recommend you check it out
