The worst experience ever at an auto parts store. My wifes van needed a new battery, they took out the old, tried to install 2 different batteries that were the wrong size, dropped a screw in the engine and then didnt have the right size. Almost 2 hours later they got the battery from another location. Salesman was very apologetic, but they didnt even offer to take anything off the price? I dont complain much, but today was over the top.

Good place to buy your parts but do it online and then go pick up. Usually you can save 20 to 25% on the app

Id like to thank Jason for his help. He went above and beyond to help me with my brakes, which were dangerously worn. Not only was he helpful but he was truly knowledgeable on cars. I dont know what hes getting paid, but its not enough. If management is paying attention to the reviews here, he deserves recognition. I will be coming back here for all of my car parts in the future.

The actual location isnt bad, its rather clean even if the shelving and workstations are falling apart from age. The staff is pleasant and helpful but in general I find that the price is here Tim to be 20 to 40% greater than the prices at the competing store just west of here.

The selection of things I was looking for was pretty good. Staff was just incredibly pushy about particular products rather than being willing to listen to my concerns or goals. There is no one product that is going to work for every single application, but the staff didnt seem to care. I took my business to OReilys.

My experience was the worst I have ever had I needed to return a electrical part I did not have a receipt so he said nothing I can do and tossed the part on the counter so I asked for the managers name and he refused to give it to me then says just leave and we tried to HELP YOU, thats when I got mad and said you did not try to f------ help me and the manager Virgel said F--- YOU GET THE F---OUT OF HERE! its nothing like auto zone they will return parts to HELP OUT CUSTOMERS

Very helpful with information on products

Cant even express how horrible of a company this was. I ordered a bunch of parts online and was told they would all be ready for pickup in 30 minutes. Keep in mind that i paid for all these parts when i ordered them. I went in 45 minutes later and was told to come back in 3 hours. I told them that was ridiculous and we needed the parts sooner. The guy at the counter with giant guage earrings was extremely rude and was a giant smart alec. Lied to me about how the parts department worked ( he didnt know i worked in parts for years and we did business with advance regularly). I left and was told to come back in an hour or so. I called 90 minutes later to be told that my order was cancelled because i was so rude. I told him that his employee was the one who was rude, he interrupted me and then HUNG UP on me. I am absolutely appallled at the lack of even trying to have any customer service. Didnt catch the name of the initial rude employee but Mike was the one on the phone who cut me off and hung up on me when he had 50 dollars worth of parts that i already had paid for. Horrible business. Terrible customer service. 0 stars.

This place is the worst. The manager is a tool to his employees and his customers. If you need advice his response is It really just depends on the vehicle Cmon your the expert here. It doesnt matter what you ask the guy the response is the same. You could ask how to put in wiper fluid and his response would be it really just depends on the vehicle. I purchased new bulbs he grabbed some bulb grease from behind the counter and said youll need to wipe them down with this. He didnt explain it cost extra for the grease just tossed it beside the bulbs. I realize $2 doesnt break the bank but dont try and get a sell that way. Explain why I need it and how much it costs and I would of said yes because theyre suppose to be the expert. I like ORiellys so much better.

These guys are amazing. Everytime Ive been in they have helped me figure out something thats wrong with my car and saving me money in the long run.

Keith is always good for a chuckle & gives me a hard time when I swing in. Good place though, with helpful workers. Things are always stocked up & if ordering is needed, its usually same-day, or less than 24 hours for specialty.
