I came into the store in May to purchase a new bedroom outfit. There was a minor delay in getting the bedrails in, but the company kept me informed. I had everything delivered to me yesterday, and was having trouble with my old set (My spouse is deployed and I couldnt move it. So the 2 guys that came to deliver, helped me take apart and move the old bed and dressers, then brought my new furniture in and had it all put together. They did a great job, with wonderful customer service, and Ill definitely be going through Walker furniture again!

I have been searching for a mattresses for quite some time (4 years) off and on and trust me it is no fun!! I landed on a reddit post and they said to google and check out local mattress stores. The closest one that popped up was Walker Mattress and Furniture, so I thought Id give them a try. Jayson greeted me and gave me nothing but the best service, while not making me feel like I was at a car dealership. I told my wife to check it out without me, so she can make her own opinion without my influence, and Jayson was super helpful yet again. Although my wife and I had different preferences, he was able to find the perfect fit for us. We ordered a split king with 2 separate mattresses... although you may not be able to test the mattress for 100 days (or what ever they offer) Jayson will make it worth your time and beat any price on the market by a long shot, so it wont even be worth your time and hassle, Thank you for all you do Jayson and keep up the great work!!

Just bought my new hybrid king size mattress on Friday. I had so much to do that I procrastinated to buy my mattress but thank God Mr. Walker was able to help me find the best one that’ll suit my needs. AND as a bonus they’ll deliver it in 2 days! Great customer service & products. Can’t believe I found this jewel, it’s sort of hidden in a Belton. Definitely worth the drive from Killeen.

This place is awesome! We went in to buy a new mattress and left a few minutes later extremely happy customers. The man who helped us was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy and obnoxious like other places we had been to. The prices are fantastic! The individual (dont remeber his name) who runs this place is very knowledgeable of the merchandise he sells. He doesnt try to upsell gets you what you need. From living room sets to mattress sets. Love this place try them out

Great Experience!!! We went to multiple places to find a couch that was in our price range and was nice quality. We found the one we wanted and check out was easy and smooth. The couch ended up being back ordered and they gave us a deal and got our couch in two weeks rather then four! The couch is super nice and wonderful. We have such a great experience here. If we need furniture in the future we will definitely be coming here

We just got back from our 3rd time to purchase from the Belton location. Weve purchased a king mattress, frames, a TV stand, and now a sectional. Each and every time weve started some place like Havertys or Ashley, only to be annoyed at pushy sales people or shopper stalkers. 3rd times a charm I guess, because I wont go anywhere else again. No push, no upsell. He sets you up with what you need/want, and the checkout process is quick and easy. He also doesnt stick you with the 3% charge to use your card. Dont go anywhere else. Youll find what youre looking to order at this store while shopping local.

We bought a mattress on sale from them we were doing payments this was suppose to be our last payment this month well come to find out since we didnt pay it off in 90 days they added 700 dollers nobody told us if we didnt pay it off that they would add payments little own start talking money out every week instead of every other week .. if we would of known this we wouldnt have bought a bed.. needless to say we bought our mattress bran new and got bed bugs with it.. Im just glad my husband knows how to kill and treat that... I will never recommend anybody 2 this place little own buy anything from them again...

Finally a nice locally owned Furniture store in Belton!Jayson Michael was a joy to work with. I did not feel pressured at all to purchase. I found a bedroom set and mattress for half of what I was about to pay at Ashley. Do yourself a favor and give Walker Mattress a shot!
