Great company. However, they careless about their employees. Their employees make $15 an hour, guaranteed a raise after so many months, and company failed to give raise. Those employees can work anywhere making more money per trip. Yet, theyre working for this company doing so much for less. The reality is management is aware, but if its not affecting their pockets they dont care. As long as its busy emplyees arent encouraged to take lunch, but when things are slow theyre forced to. In reality, most of those drivers dont even take a lunch. Take care of your employees, in my opinion $20 minimum is a great starting pay for those truck drivers.

I make custom furniture and home decor, and often times I have to special order most if not all the lumber for my customers projects, which has made finding a reputable and friendly lumber yard difficult. The prices at Foxworth Galbraith arent the best, the selection is often limited for my needs, but the ordering process is extremely simple, the people are wonderful to work with, and the pickup process is very streamlined and simple as well. Andrew at the Harker Heights location and Michelle at the Killeen location are easily 2 of the friendliest and most thorough individuals Ive dealt with in the lumber industry. I like doing good business with fair prices, but I will go out of my way every time to do business with good people. Foxworth Galbraith has both. If you need help with anything, definitely go see either Andrew in Harker Heights or Michelle in Killeen.

Excellent. Top notch service, product, price, and overall experience. No reason to bid or shop any further, I already did all that for you. Randy can make you feel like youre their only customer, even though hes very busy. Couldnt ask for anything more.

Recently bought some shingles, had an issue with the shingle bundles being open and when I got home and unloaded them I stopped counting at 35 shingles that were unserviceable. I went back on Monday and spoke to Randy and asked if I could return the 24 bundles I recently purchased and have a refund of my money. He asked what was the issue, I told him and he asked to see the shingles. I showed him the 24 bundles in my truck. He asked for a minute, went inside and came back out and asked if I would be satisfied with 24 new bundles? I said that would be Great, He apologized for my inconvenience and asked me to pull into the yard where I was met by three individuals that unloaded the old and loaded the new shingles. I would greatly like to thank Randy and the manager he spoke with when he went back inside, your decision to give me completely different shingles was the outcome I had hoped for. Im just a little fish in the sea, I dont spend 10s of thousands of dollars monthly at your establishment but it was very comforting that they took the time to listen to me (the little guy) and address the concerns I had. Thats the way I was raised, treat people how you would want to be treated, they did just that in this instance and I thank you for doing so. I will have no reservations about coming back to you for any of my building material needs. Thanks Again !!

Order placed last Wednesday 23 may. Still waiting may 28. Load finally being pulled only 5 days late. Still no eta. Sucks crew waiting cost 100 per hr in labor cost. What sucked was the crew cost not foxworth
