Best customer service I have had in a very long time. I thanked Caleb for the steps he took to get my transaction to go through and he politely replied he treats customers the way he would want to be treated. Words of wisdom. Gamestop is lucky to have such a caring employee representing them. Much appreciated.

Terrible with arrival dates on games.. bought Madden 22 for my birthday in store.. was told I would receive it by Monday. Tomorrow is Oct 14 and will be 4 days late. They talked me into renewing my membership like always.. wanting that money. And are not reliable on there word in arrival dates.. All bad.

I was shopping just to see what I could get selling an older game system but I have asthma, which is a legitimate exemption to the COVID-19 mask mandate and I was the only customer in the store (only reason I say this is the masks have caused me to get lightheaded and faint and navigating COVID has definitely been a challenge.) But this location would not budge I told the worker to have a nice day and that I understood it was a store policy and that I just wouldn’t shop here. The associate was kind and super helpful and I don’t wish him anything to happen to him as I know it’s not his fault.Companies like GameStop can’t just slap a one size fits all policy on a intricate issue such as COVID-19. I hope that they consider adapting their policy to the upheld government mandate and not forcing certain customers who may be marginalized by the mask mandate and may not be able to follow the mandate at all times. I can’t sell my console online sadly without dealing with eBay I just am used to doing business with GameStop directly. Overall a 2 star experience for the customer service and a 3 star deduction for not really being able to do anything with my console.

My son and I asked the guy who worked there if we could buy a Zelda game for the switch and his reply was, U HAVE TO WEAR A MASK TO BE IN HERE. I replied that we were more than happy to go across the street and buy at Target. And thats what we did and they were very helpful at Target.

Really good game store if you dont like vintage stock

Bad first impression. Brought my small dog in because there was no sign that said no pets. Employee didnt even bother to be polite, just said bluntly no dogs. Could have been nicer about it. I was willing to leave my dog in the car for the 5 minutes it would take to run in and buy the game I wanted.Lost a sale because of poor customer service and rudeness.

I have been coming here for over a decade, Ive seen all sorts of employees and managers come and go. I can honestly say that the management here is great, they always look to help every customer and they treat their loyal customers like a business should. They make you feel genuinely appreciated to have your business.

I have been going to this GameStop since I was 6 years old. Im just about 20 at the time of writing this post and I can for sure say this is the best GameStop ever. The staff here are the kindest people on the planet. When I moved over from console gaming to PC I came in less often. Then the Nintendo switch came out. Every time I can be I fine a way to put myself in this store. Everyone is so kind and inviting. I really hope this is a permanent location that generations can enjoy. Thank you Belton GameStop.

Place was rider at store didn’t have knowledge on placing order made me pay for 2 day shipping and I waited 2 days for them to process order still haven’t been received called store manager said he didn’t know how to look up orders called another store he looked my order up and told me I should be receding today or tomorrow still hasn’t seen anything and it’s not updating in fed ex needs a clear process feel like a scam !

Attentive and knowledgeable here. Better than most GameStops Ive been in most recent years. Would actually come back for input on games rather than just avoiding box stores and just downloading everything online.

Been trying to call and get some information about an item for 2 days now as i cannot go into the store until monday and they have ignored the phone every single time.

Vintage stock had a wider selection a Nintendo Switch games in the Belton area. Slightly drab due to one person working and the color scheme is dingy although this may just be an attempt to stick with company colors. Much more so enjoy vintage stock with the music, multiple employees and wide array of merchandise, old school systems, vinyls, CDs, movies and more.

Brandon and the staff here are always amazing! They make you feel welcome and are always more than ready to help you with all of your needs! Love these guys and will continue to bring my business here!

The newer games are priced too high to be used. The staff genuinely wants to help. Needs to be more communicating from store to store to enable customers to find less popular items. A display of reward items would be a great addition. Over All a very clean place that I feel very comfortable taking my children. Really good selection of older games for consoles from a generation ago.

Service is a hit or miss here, sometimes you get very good service, sometimes you get very bad. I usually prefer going to the gamestop in the mall, in my experience I have a better time there

So I went in on Black Friday to purchase some games & an external hard drive. The hard drive didnt work for the PS4. They actually returned the game for full price & the hard drive with no questions asked. I was definitely pleased & impressed by this!

My son had gotten me a used game for Christmas, but he did not think to keep the receipt. When we got it home, it did not work and were afraid we would not be able to return it. However, they were very gracious about it and replaced the game for free. Hard to find that kind of customer service these days.Thank you Chris :-)

Went for Black Friday and only found 1 deal better then anywhere else... I understand its hard to compete with online but you should have better prices then Target, Wal-Mart, or Kohls.

I took my oldest son by there to see if they had the game he was looking for. The clerks there are much friendlier, knowledgeable and not pushy on sale deals like the one in Harrisonville.

Best experience in this store for Gamestop. I recently moved to Independence, and went to the Gamestop here and customer service was garbage with unnecessary long lines. Going to continue going back to Belton because of the awesome service.

If GameStop was the only option for games and accessories I would no longer play video games this place is a complete rip-off charges you basically full price for used items and they wont price match any new items normally theres a Walmart in the same parking lot as a GameStop I would just go in there first because Walmart will blow any of their prices away. ridiculous they charge $70 for an Xbox One controller where you could walk into Walmart and literally pay $45 for the same exact controller video games at Walmart for 49.99 theyre selling pre-owned for $45 dont waste your time or your money that place needs to go out of business
