I’ve attempted to use this pharmacy on several occasions simply for the convenience. Every single time I have been treated with poor customer service as if I am inconveniencing the staff. A pharmacy tech literally told me it was not her job to add the insurance to my prescription and her and another woman refused to be of help. The poor pharmacist had to take over for the lack of customer service his associates had. He had to keep asking them for help on how to do so bc that’s literally not the pharmacist job. I’ll be taking my business back to Walgreens.
It’s frustrating when you’re on a time crunch, I was told 45 minutes and so far I’ve waited about an hour & a half… in store. I’ve sat here & watched them with their favorites but me, someone they don’t know, I just need to wait or go without my meds for a few days & none of us deserve that!
All of the staff are nice, but the lady that works the drop off counter is super nice. I should have gotten her name but she has been working there for years and she is very helpful.
Always willing to answer questions and help you out with suggested medications when sick.
Never answered the phone for delivery for my meds has to go in and pick them up
The staff here is beyond amazing! My family and I have been dealing with them for almost 2 years and they have gone above and beyond! Miss Becky and Melissa and Dacota and the rest of the staff have fought insurance for me and helped me in emergencies and just been there anytime we needed them they are like family I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!
If you dont mind crappy service, you can go here. At the end you get what you pay for! Ask James as he is the king of rudeness, while talking to him on the phone trying to resolve some issues he just left me halfway talking (not arguing), and he also gave the worst service in person. Would not ever do business with this pharmacy again!
