Travis was thorough in his inspection of my garage door that isn’t even 2 years old. It was installed by another company, and incorrectly at that. He was honest and didn’t talk badly about the other company. He just identified the needed repair, and it was affordable and done quickly.

Both Steve and Travis are fine mechanics, good job, fair price. Look forward to having them back in the Spring for another project.

Our garage door spring broke late Saturday night and we left a message. The operator called us back first thing Monday and they got us in that Monday morning. The service person was friendly and professional. He completed the replace work quickly and adjusted the door.

Service was outside of our 3 hour window. But quality, speed and friendliness of the service guys made up for it. We will definitely pick them again when we need more garage door needs. We had our spring replaced.

I am super impressed by Mr. Door!I had four quotes done on one single small door and the first company was $1,100! The other companies were not that much lower and then Mr. Door saved the day because they came in around half that! Which was all our budget had. Two workers came in the time frame they gave and it only took them under three hours!

A guy named Tony Harder came to our house and replaced a couple of springs that his company (Mr. Door) had already replaced a couple of years before and charged us $105. He said we had to replace the motor for the opener. We paid $105 and our problem was not resolved. Not happy with the company at all.

Tony showed up within the window promised. I received a text with a link to track him once he was on the way and a photo to show me who to expect. Tony was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He explained the repair and a dangerous spring condition that was present. He also recommended a replacement component in addition to the adjustments he made to correct the spring problem. I have been using MR Door for the better part of 15 years spanning 2 different houses. They installed doors and openers at both addresses. They showed up as expected and installed the doors and openers and exactly as expected. Before I replaced the doors on the second address I had 2 service calls. Gears on the old opener and a broken spring. Both times they treated me right.I just used them again to install three new doors on a house I am building. Once again, great service. The doors look magnificent. They function as we should all expect. So much better than the builders grade doors I would be forced to use if I didnt know Mr Door, and the quality people they employ. They were not the company my builder uses. When they showed up on time because I requested them, my builder said wow your guys show up on time. My guy might have been here at some point in the next week.
