After leaving my job at the Palazzio due to conflicts with my recent handicap. I happened to roll on in and was greeted with a pleasant surprise, being a friendly face. The customer support was exceptional and the oxygen was quite fresh, can honestly say that they have changed my life indefinitely for the better.
Called Monday to have supplies picked up from a relative that was staying for a week. Customer service representative said they would pick up on Tuesday. Wasted my entire Tuesday at home waiting and they never came. Called Wednesday, said they would arrive late morning/early afternoon. Still waiting... These people run only on TEXAS TIME. Your customers have lives outside of waiting on you Lincare.
They must have me on the send wrong equipment list. I have yet to receive the right equipment from them without having to physically make a drive to Belton to resolve the problem. I will be changing my DME company to Georgetown. I will be pationing Ft Hood to stop doing business with them.
I use Lincare for my home oxygen needs. Recently the portable Oxygo concentrator errored out saying the columns need to be replaced, which is a common issue with Inogen one and Oxygo oxygen concentrators. The error comes up saying you have 30 days to replace the columns. The columns cost about $100 to replace. Inogen one would just send the replacement and I would send the bad ones back to them. Lincare plays games, they will stick you with oxygen tanks, take the portable concentrator to their store, and test the machines, once they determine it needs new columns they replace the columns and return the machine. The problem with this is that I am paying for a portable concentrator, not tanks if I wanted tanks I could get them free thru the Veterans Hospital. I was with out the machine for 18 days for an issue that would take no more than 2 days if they would just send me the replacement columns. Why this company chooses to do things this way is beyond understand, and is a terrible way to treat the customer. I switched to this company because it was near my home, unlike the Inogen One company, and I thought I would get better service from a company located closer to my home. Was I ever wrong. There is no valid reason to remove the concentrator to their location, because the error even states the columns are good for 30 days more which is plenty of time to send me new columns and for me to replace them. This is the second time I had this issue, the first time I was given instructions over the phone to over ride the error message, and the error message came back about 30-40 days later. This company really needs to find a better way to take care of this issue because there is no reason I should have to use tanks for 18 days, which run out of oxygen and one tank is only good for about 6 hours, while the concentrator runs for 4-8 hours depending on the battery, and will last longer if it is plunged into the car or a wall outlet. Terrible service.
The way this company treat their customers is a disgrace. How can you talk to disable people the way you do? I am talking about Linora(manager). They talk to people and treat them horribly. F.A.M. So mote it be!
I liked nothing about it!!! They over charged me my first month.. It took them another month to pick up, they charge me for that month.. So no answer to why I was charge so much my frist month( the was 2 months and 3 weeks ago) and nothing but the run around for the last three weeks on how to get my money back for the month they charged me after I had call in a pick up on june 26th!! How can they charge me for July?? ... Stay away from this company..
Started off in La. Moved to Belton, Tx. Havent receieved the first filters or any supplies. Used it at first--but bulky on face to sleep.
This nebulizer started to melt down and when I called Lincare in Belton. Texas, repeatedly to replace this nebulizer. Finally after a week or so I was told they never billed the Insurance so now they can not replace the nebulizer because they can not get the insurance to pay for it. And if we get another one from them we would have to pay for it. Oh and they tried to call me. They have been able to reach me any other time in the last 15 years of living in the Bell County area. Not even a voicemail that there was a problem. LIARS. I hate LIARS!!! And will never get any medical equipment from them again. Glad it didnt BURN MY HOUSE DOWN!!!!! Posting this everywhere so people will know you blame the customer when it was clearly your fault on the billing and now on this equipment that could have burned my house down.
Will not do direct billing / cash pay. Will only bill insurance. Most unhelpful office staff.
