Tried to ship a high value shipment; I gave the dude at the counter a brief description (collectibles) of the contents, and he then wanted to open the box. I refused, and he said he couldn’t ship it unless he saw it. I went to a different store in lee summit, and they didn’t ask any questions.

I was trying to ship a sight for a fire arm. This was a piece of metal and some plastic. The lady asked what I was shipping and I told her, she said they are not allowed to ship gun parts. My husband emailed UPS customer service and they said that they can ship them. Whoever the manager is at this location obviously has issues with certain item being shipped. I was able to ship with USPS and was not questioned about what I was shipping.

Trying to push their antigun beliefs onto their customers. Interrogated my wife trying to ship a non restricted item. The person identifying himself as the manager stated it was UPS policy to not ship anything to do with firearms and after talking with UPS Customer service that was determined to be a lie. Will not use them again in the future. Looks like FedEx is the only option now.

I wanted to leave a review for a specific employee. I’ve been this store and several area stores a number if times over the years and I’ve never encountered someone as great as Bobby who works at this location. Not only was he very helpful but he was very friendly. You guys have a goldmine with this employee. I hope you’re paying him enough

This is a great location. The workers are ALWAYS friendly and fast. The guy that works there is super helpful, n always a smile. Nice to know there are still stores where its always friendly and streamlined, which in this town is a rarity. Keep these employees!!

Claims have been going on for month + now. My car is stuck in the shop because of lost car parts and no refund months later.

Wow I don’t think I’ve seen a more apathetic store in awhile ... none of the employees smiled ... I’m 7 months pregnant and no one would even come help me open the door since I was carrying packages, not to mention the girl originally helping me couldn’t stop a conversation with a coworker long enough to finish the transaction and then the guy who took over needed me to unstack the boxes, put them on the scale individually and then restack them for him ... and I get that you don’t have a public bathroom, but there’s no need to be rude about it.

Had a package shipped to the store so it wouldnt get stolen off my porch. When I went to pick it up, they said they didnt have it. They told me We may have signed for it but they might not have given it to us. Umm, why would you sign for something you dont have? Then they told me that I had to call customer service to locate the package that they lost. Ridiculous, Ill take my chances with normal delivery from now on.

After 13 years of living in the area, I will be moving away next week. I will miss this UPS store. This is a family-run franchise, and they have always provided absolutely excellent customer service, whether Im selling a bunch of stuff on eBay or just picking up a diverted signature-required package. If you live in the area, I would hands-down recommend this place over any FedEx location you might find without reservation.

Location is kind of hard to spot from normal traffic, but that aside, the staff is friendly & helpful. They make shipping fast & easy. I really like this store.

Friendly folks and always easy to work with. Theyll even help you and operate the printer when all you need is one copy done but dont want to figure out how to use their machines. They seem to be set up for it all. Would recommend giving them a shot if you ever need help.

This past summer I had several bound paper back books I wanted spiral bound so they would lay flat. Took them to the UPS store, they did an excellent job and the prices was more then reasonable. Much less then what I would have expected to pay.

Great staff, I just wish they had better store hours. 4pm Saturday they close and no Sunday business makes it a bit hard to get to at times when you work a lot.

I went there today and had several photos copied 29 cets an 8×10 had as many pictures on one sheet several sheets they done an excellent job and very good service thank you to them, maybe took 20 minutes

How do you run a business but don’t have the capability of receiving phone calls?

The worst sales experience ive ever had, they break my stuff when shipping and refuse to give me my insurance payout, they dont even try to look at the spots that were broken just glancing on top and assuming its fine, then further more, threaten to call the police because I tell them im calling a lawyer and wont even ship my stuff back to me, now I have to take a six hour flight to pick my stuff up. they can expect a lawsuit worst company ever.
