I took my car to quality auto to fix the check engine light and it’s been two weeks back and forth, it’s still not fixed. They won’t call you back when you call to ask for status. I even meet my car one morning at the parking across the shop unlocked with valuables in the glove compartment on the floor. Customer service is poor, one of the managers is very rude not camila. Don not take your car to this shop. I repeat *** DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP***.

I was in need of a used tire at 8pm. A friend recommended Quality Auto. The service was fast and the used tire was good quality. They saved me late at night when most places are closed. I highly recommend them Ill be going back for future service!

Unscrupulous business. I paid for inspection and was told to replace brakes and bearings. I went and did it with my mechanic and brought the car for reinspection and was told that bearings were not replaced. I had to go back to my mechanic to get the bearing that was replaced to prove this. They charge me for reinspection after they had told me that they will not charge me if I bring it back within 30 days. I am not going there again.

Alex one of the head employees went above and beyond his job description. He even stayed later to help me when my tire exploded on the side of the road. I recommend this place to everyone in the area, you will not regret it!

I have been going there for almost a year. But I dont know whether they changed the ownership or mechanics but the quality of work has gone to a down spiral. A month ago I came here for brake alignment, they said everything looks good and suggested me to buy a tire which I did. It was cheap and good value. The problem was that when putting the tire back on, they didnt balance it properly. Thats just poor work quality. My car started to shake over 50 miles and steering didnt feel right. I got it checked up and there you go, the imbalance of tire. I had to pay 300 dollar for that work. So here is the thing - this is a great shop for cheap work and cheap tires but the craftsmanship is poor. I would rather pay more to get good quality of work so I dont have to keep coming back.I wont be coming back and neither any of my friends that I recommended before. I hope the management takes immediate steps to hire good mechanics otherwise such a great mechanic shop would go in vein. Good luck!

1st visit took about 5 hours with no luck of charging my AC unit. It was said that the compressor was bad. I replaced the compressor and took it back. It was charged and I left. After driving the next day I noticed that it was not blowing cold air. I made a road trip to South Carolina and, of course it did not blow any cold air. Not happy with the service at all.

I got a flat tire and had to pull off of 95 to put on the donut. I googled places close by that were open (it was 7pm) and found Quality Auto Repair & Tire. I had my wife call while I had the car jacked up and the manager, BaBa, was polite and helpful on the phone. When I finally made my way over the staff and BaBa were very helpful and their customer service was outstanding. I can highly recommend this business. It would be a good thing if all business, especially the auto repair industry, were as proficient as this. They provided me with a new tire and got me back on the road within 30 minutes. How can you ask for more than that??

This shop was there for me when I had a tire that needed tire plug ASAP and i was driving in maryland from out of state and it was after 5pm on a saturday when all of the other shops were closed or about to close... Greatly appreciated.

I went in for a tire change and they told me I needed my brake pads changed. I decided to go with their recommendation and while it took an hour longer than expected they quoted me at a very reasonable price and I can feel the difference in my car. I want to personally thank Camilla, she was very helpful to me throughout the process.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received at this location. They made recommendations to me that were in the best interest of my nephews car and did not try to sell me something I did not need. Camilla and Gabriel. Camilla gave me the best price on a 225 60 R17 tire that was practically brand new than all competitors in the area, and I wasnt asking her to match anyones price. Their normal price for that size tire beat other used shops pricing by a margin of 20-35 dollars. Thats a lot when purchasing a used tire. However I was advised that the tire we had was easily fixable and would be much cheaper to plug. We ended up taking their advice and plugging the small hole and balanced all four tires. Gabriel was NASCAR fast with his service it was nothing short of impressive. Individually their customer service was great, but combined equaled the best experience Ive had at a used tire shop .....scratch that, best service at a Tire shop both new and used. Their honesty, speed, attitudes and quality service made this experience great. They could have easily taken advantage and maximized the sale, but instead they treated us like family and didnt try and get over on us. I was teaching my nephew that used tire shops can be a good place to get decent tires for a good price. This experience affirmed what I was trying to teach my nephew for his 1st/New used car (2014 Dodge Charger Gray). I least I can do is spread the word of the excellent service I received here. -WK

Great service! I had engine failure. They were fair and trustworthy, giving a good evaluation of the issue and my repair options. I had arrived late in the evening after needing a couple hour tow, I was stressed and tired. They were very kind and got the issue figured out and resolved. They provided me a loaner while my car was being repaired. And they provided good advice on maintaining my engine. I definitely recommend them.

Bottom line: Great customer service, open on weekends, excellent dealsMy car broke down as I was driving up I-95 last Friday night and I called this shop because it was the only auto repair nearby that was still open at 730pm. Camila was very understanding and helpful, she said the mechanic had left at 5pm but they were open to do tires until 9pm and I could leave my car there for the mechanic to fix it the next day. I couldnt get my car towed before closing but she took down my information and told me where to drop it off. As they were fixing my car they noticed my tires were very worn, and I meant to get them replaced soon anyway, so they gave me a great deal and a reasonable price on wheel alignment.Im lucky I broke down next to this shop! I’m not even sure where to start here as I am still a bit taken back at what I experienced here.I dropped my car off at 10AM. Spoke with Baba. He told me that there were two cars ahead of me but my car would be seen after that.I work near by so I figured, by the time I get off, I should at least know what is wrong with my car and we will take it from there.I called 5x throughout the day between 3-6 PM. I figured they should know something by then. They keep telling me one more hour, 30 more minutes, etc.I get off work at 6. I decide to just stop by and see what’s going on.Y’all.MY CAR WAS GONE.IT WAS NOT AT THE SHOP. The man at the counter could barely explain himself because he knew what he said made no sense. According to him, they took my car to the other shop without saying a work to me (even though I called several times throughout the day) and THEY STILL HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT BECAUSE THEY DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT IT YET.I am driving to the other shop to take my car because this is the craziest thing I have ever experienced in my years of having a car.***UPDATED REVIEW****So. The mechanic had relocated my car to their other shop down the street. I went in there fuming and came across Jr. (I believe he is the manager.) He apologized profusely and explained how this all transpired. He didn’t make excuses for what happened, just explained how everything panned out and where it went wrong. He then lifted up my car and showed me all the work that needed to be done, gave me a mini course on a cars suspension and spark plugs etc. I was going there just to pick my car up and leave but jr. is obviously a super knowledgeable mechanic and he seems like he is honest. If you have to pick between the two shops, go to Discount Auto down the street. They’re doing a lot of work on my car but I now feel like it’s in better hands. Would recommend.

5++++++ STARS! I came here after leaving the nearby MVA and wanting to get an inspection and oil change checked off my to-do list while I was out. They absolutely live up to the name! The highest quality of all points of service. I was there for over an hour because I also got new brakes, their service is so good. I observed how they were with everyone who came in. Even the gentleman delivering my brakes and someone delivering water. They are genuinely kind,, thoughtful, and most of all THOROUGH. They LISTEN to their customers and remember them when they call or come back. Transparency-They show you and explain exactly what theyre doing and what they suggest and why. They truly go above and beyond and should be proud of the service they provide. If i need anything else, I will drive out of my way to come back here and recommend them to any and everyone.

Not honest at all. If you need tires fine, but be ready to get scammed for anything else. (Please search reviews by stars, not overall bc its misleading)Went for a transmission check on an Sl Benz because it was driving funny. They said it will be $90 to check and that will go into the labor if I decided to fix with them.Calls later telling me I should do a transmission service for $460 (what they did cost $120 everywhere else) and sign that it may not fix the issue(guess work bc they never checked what will fix it).Then also lied that the transmission needs 4 mounts about $1150(but the car model originally only needs one )They serviced it, but the transmission was worst.Went to an honest reliable guy, who really checked the issue and told me I needed a transmission conductor plate replaced, which worked. They are scammer.

Hey idk how these guys have 373 reviews but these guys are scam artist and predatory. They offer snap finance because they know most customers don’t want to come out of pocket for repairs and then they make up bogus repairs to ring your bill up so they can line their pockets.I have a small shop unfortunately I don’t have an inspector so I had a customer bring their car to me for repairs. I repaired the car and these guys said that nothing was changed in order to recharge my client. Avoid at all cost.
