Great customer service and reasonable monthly service fees. However, be careful if you order new equipment or services or move. You may get locked into a new 3-5 year contract. I had ADT before I moved, then I moved to an area that ADT did not service. I still had 1 year left on my ADT contract. Protection One serviced the area and I was told I could continue my service with Protection One. Guess what? It came with a new 3- year contract. I had already been with ADT for 2 years but it didnt matter...I had to enter into a new 3- year contract with Protection One or pay hundreds of dollars to ADT. Be careful. Dont get stuck in these multi-year contracts with these companies. They are unconscionable. The contract termination fees are outrageous. If cell phone companies couldnt get away with charging exorbitant contract termination fees, why are these companies allowed to charge exorbitant fees?
This is by far the most disappointing interaction I have had with another business. I had been trying to find a good security company to provide relatively non-invasive and simple security features to my place of employment. We completed all the steps necessary for formulating a contract with the company (the rep assigned to my case came out and completed measurements as well as drew up a floor plan of the spaces). I was told to expect a contract to arrive via e-mail in the next TWO days...this occurred back on Feb 2nd. Now as my intention behind installing a security system is rather serious, I wanted to get things rolling. Once I didnt hear from them, I attempted to e-mail my rep and received NO response, and each time I called I was sent directly to voicemail. THIS is NOT good customer service and there is NO WAY I will ever recommend this company to ANYONE.
Horrible! After 10 years, they stopped sending bills, then disconnected the service then tried to charge us a $100 disconnection fee. NOT using.
There really horrible, they keep sending us bills when we just paid, we also just had a break in where i work it’s an obstacle place and the Alarm didn’t go off until the intruder left with most of our frames .
