Great customer service and could answer any and all questions I had for type of service or phone that I was asking about

Ruth, in Beltsville Maryland was so incredibly helpful and personable. She would not make a move that I want to make, a move adjusting my new phone, without the advice of a senior technician and advised me to go see him a few days later it was a good thing to do. I hope she does well in this business and I see a bright future for her.

Mark was my service today and he was excellent. He knows his job, he is a great service person, and very nice and welcoming. I heard about him before coming to this store and everything they said was true. He deserves to be the manager and I cant believe that he has so much knowledge for his age. I recommend boost mobile, specifically this exact store. I give mark 5 stars.

Mark is awesome, honest and very knowledgeable about everything in this store. Im so happy I took my mom here to port over her phone number. From the moment we walked in the store Mark has been nothing but professional, informed, welcoming and kind . Mark also knows about all the products and services at the store and he gives you options . Im so happy with the service I received from this store and Ill be returning and tell others about my great experience. Mark should be a manager of some sort and his boss should be very confident and grateful to have an employee like Mark to represent his brand .

Store says open at 12 I been in front of the store for 13 minutes no one is here. Just missed a 350 sale. I called 7 times no answer wasted my time.

Great store, great deals and absolutely wonderful customer service. Talked to the two beautiful ladies for over a hour. Dora and Sarah are great people. I found my new favorite Boost Store!

Terrible service. My 3rd time here and it is always a Hispanic female with a strong accent working. Shes impatient and never explains her response. Never focuses on you or your question because shes playing with her phone or computer. Walks away while youre talking. She has NEVER responded to any of my questions. At 1:55 today, the door was locked and i had to wave to get her to open up.

Sara and mark were excellent. Sara was very knowledgeable and did a superb job. I will recommend anyone to this store. Great experience

This is the only Boost store I trust. They are helpful and know a lot about troubleshooting the phones they sell

Worst service ever I went to a different Boost Mobile try to get two phones to switch over my service they told me 130 I come to this location for the same deal she tried to charge me an extra $60Differentlocation was offering me the same deal with two brand new iPhones for same price
