My experience with COMPUTERS was GREAT! Ive been a long time customer for 15 yrs. They are so professional. The techs will answer all your computer issues. Their customer service is wonderful; they made me feel like family.

This sort of establishments exude poor aura. Their Customer service is very poor. The lady that answers the phone is highly uneducated and mannerless. It feels like all she is interested in is getting you and your business through their doors. Question that benefits you are reacted to by shutting you out, placing you on hold for hours as a punitive action for making inquiries, or hanging up on you. Also after reading the other poor reviews, with the exception of those written by themselves to promote their business, I will be unfair to others not to share my experience.Your computer and tech devices expose you to fraud, and this establishment does not give one the confidence or any slight feel of being the custodians of your most guarded items.Avoid these people like a plague!!!!!

I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. They are very nice and do great work.

They get the job done but the costs and the way its presented is fishy. I paid extra for rush service but desktop still was not ready for two days later and was told I would get a call but they never did not once.

Computech --- great service, fast, and perfect prices. Leon and Monica were awesome and gave great customer service. Brought my daughters laptop in for repair. Job was done in less than an hour. I will be sure to come here with all of my tech needs.

I took my sons laptop in with a broken keyboard connector. The guy working there said he would charge me over $100, I wasnt going to pay that much because I didnt spend a lot on the laptop in the first place. He then said $99, then $89. I said I really didnt want to pay $79 if there was something else wrong than just the connector, he said dont worry he could fix it. So, I took him at his word. The receipt did say for labor. But again, I took him at his word in good faith that he would fix it for that price. They discovered the keyboard was bad and decided to charge me an extra $40 for the keyboard. I argued with him but it seemed like this is the way they do business and I wasnt going to walk out with a working laptop if I didnt pony up another $40. I have another broken laptop that I was going to ask them how much to fix but after changing the price on the first one. There is no way I would do business with them again.

I am totally satisfied with the service at Computech. I have been here twice, and each time we are fast, friendly, efficient and good service and good price. I will recommend more people to come here.

Wow, all I can say is wow. I dont think I have gone anywhere to give a business my money and been as disrespected as I have at this place. Arrived to find web cam and to see what other computer parts I could find I pull the door to go in it was open. An Asian lady then comes to the door flips the closed sign blocks my way and says, what do you want. Ok since I figured it was computer store it was obvious. I responded I am looking for a web cam. Before I could get the words out to say what else I wanted she said, we dont have that go to best buy and slammed the door in my face. I was kind of stunned. If you are wise I would not go to this place horrible customer service.I wasnt even a customer yet but they dont have to worry I wont be back. They might win some but they just lost one. On my boycott list .

Just picked up my laptop from Computech. Had a great experience, they did a wonderful job and even provided me with additional free memory. I would definitely recommend their service!

After being told by a Best Buy employee that I would have to buy a new laptop, I was able to get my laptop repaired at reasonable price. I will come back again if I have any other computer issues, thank you!

I brought two computers for repair to Computech. The problem was fixed in a timely manner and I was given a full explanation for cost and repair. I received excellent customer service and the representative gave me a discount. I highly recommend this computer repair shop.

COMPUTECH INTEGRATION & TRADEWORST PLACE EVER- I brought my Lenovo Yoga laptop to COMPUTECH in Beltsville,Dan broke my screen, try to tell me it was already broken! Leon, worst manager ever, argued with me instead of saying I apologized for the inconvenience this what we can do. Instead he argued with me and told me I was responsible for the damages. Are you kidding me the hinge was the only concern I had the part is 10.00 they want 300.00 and they told me 400.00 for the screen they broke!!! The only reason I went here is because BEST BUY recommended them. Never again!!!! If I could give them a Negative 0 I definitely would

A friend reccomended Computech in Beltsville and from start to finish they were fast, professional, friendly, and competent. They were up front with the prices and the turn around time. On the day of pick up the technician walked me through and showed me everything that he repaired and updated. I highly recommend Computech!

Horrible customer service and very fraudulent! Took my computer there for hinge repair and received it back even more broken with cracked screen, doesnt fold, and owner was the worst! Told me to pay 400 bucks to repair his mistakes even tho his employee, Dan, broke it. Charged me $80 for diagnosis but didnt diagnose a thing

Brought in my mac book with a video card issue, explained to them what the issue was. They still said they needed to charge a $79 diagnostic fee. I asked diagnostic fee for what, Im telling you what the issue is. I paid, and a week later After calling to see if my computer was fixed, they said yes.....they told me I was only having heating issues and that they only cleaned my fans. I went to pick it up happy that the problem was resolved. A few hours after getting it fixed, the computer did the same thing. I called and told them the fan isnt the issue, its the video card. They fortunately gave me a refund on the repair fee, but kept the $79 just to supposedly blow dust off the fans and told me they couldnt fix it, I should go to apple.

I would have given Computech 6 stars if I could have.I personally, and my company, Trace Systems Inc., have been working with Computech since 1993. My company develops software to control hardware -- both through consulting services, and via our unique software tools that we sell to other developers.We have used Computech as a supplier for computers for our clients, as well as to purchase and repair computers for our personal use and for our business. The desktop computers they assemble and sell always have the best price / performance ratio.Their people are the most knowledgeable and helpful we have found. Their service work is so good that, now that we have moved out of state, we still find it well worth our while to drive nearly 2 hours to Computech for our needs.Heres something to think about, especially if you use computers in your business: when your computer needs service, the most critical consideration is to preserve your data. Even if you regularly back up your data, a problem will always strike between backups, so there is always some amount of data that hasnt been backed up YET.Computech is the only company that I know that I can trust to preserve my data during a repair incident. Computech goes to great lengths to save your data, if it is at all possible.(Some other companies will take the easy way out and just reformat your hard drive, to save THEIR time. We were once badly burned by a different company that actually did that to us.)

I paid for WD hard drive from their store but it never worked i even had repair shop try to install it but they told me its bad hard drive 1month later after i paided for it i went back to store request they give me another one that works.since the one i paided for never worked.i was talking to the same Asian guy who sold me the busted hard drive he refuse to exchange it for a new one.He made 100 reason why he would not take back his bad product and give me a new one.the thing is i was looking for a new pc as well had he took back his busted hard drive i would of bought a new pc from his shop.instead i went to mirco center with way better customer service and gotten a new hard drive and brand new pc.My thing dont buy anything from these guys.He sold me a bad product and refuse to take it back for another one.
