This was my first repair request with AmeriDental and was very impressed with their rapid response and efficiency. My autoclave stopped working in middle of the day on a Friday. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly, order the part and provided a loaner autoclave at no charge. Very professional, honest and reasonable prices.
