HORRIBLE!!! Worst customer service experience I ever had.Person was rude right from the start when they answered the phone.Said they had my part.Drove a long way to store to get it.They did not have it.A person who I thought was a customer was smoking at the front door when I got there.Had to say excuse me to get past. Turns out he was the person working there.He told me to wait till he was finished smoking before he could help me.He never said how are you or can I help you or anything.I asked him where the part was and he angrily said on the back wall.When I saw that he didnt have the part, I asked him if he could get it and he said they dont make it.The part is from a current model and I told him that someone obviously makes it.He said there was no way to get it.I will never go there again and will be sure to tell anyone I know who is thinking of going there to forget about it. Mark Electronics SUCKS!!!

Remarkable place. Not too many places have such a large, well-stocked place to buy electronic parts for repairs and hobbyists.

Their website said they had a part I wanted, but when I went to the store to buy it, they didnt actually have it.I ordered it online, for in-store pickup, and they charged my card. But when I picked it up at the store (over 2 weeks later!), they said it wasnt paid for an demanded cash. The receipt they gave me even said PREPAID and CREDIT CARD.They later corrected the error by refunding my credit card, but it seems like their inventory/purchase system needs a lot of work.

Great. These guys came to my rescue when j desperately needed a part I was missing. Only game in town unless you want to go on the internet. If you need it right away then go to Mark Electronics.
