One friendly staff, one younger staff more interested in talking with other staff than business. No receipt, no thank you, not even made eye contact. Customer service used to be great here.

Knowledge and the ease for me to understand what Lilith was explaining how get to and remove the fans in my 1996 Cadillac Seville STS. Best employee by far. If you need anything, they know what to do! I think its a really nice thing for them to check your battery and we were able to get a starter checked as well! They helped me a lot with repairing my car and answered many questions that I had. Would go back!

Used to buy a lot of parts, etc. from here. Recently bought a cordless impact wrench from here that was junk out of the box. Wouldnt even take off a single lugnut. Barely used it before finding out it was bad but Advance auto wouldnt let me return it. Buyer beware when buying anything from here. Anywhere else in town would have let me return it. Next time Ill take my money elsewhere.

Friendly staff. They seem to really know what they are talking about. At least, unlike the other place, these people know what a timing light is.

This place is the better of the 3 chain stores but the Internet is still cheaper.

After having zero luck at the auto parts store up the street, I stopped in to Advanced Auto Parts last night to have my battery and alternator tested. They advertise this on TV and through ads displayed in the store. There were a couple kids working behind the counter they had absolutely no clue how to operate the battery tester, or how to hook it up to the car. I ended up just telling them to forget it as they were wasting lots of time trying to figure it out, and was just going to buy the alternator. But when I suspected the pricing on the alternator was extremely high, I ended up going down the road and buying it for $40 less, and no none of this includes the core cost. Stay away from this place as it is a circus at night with people working behind the counter who have no clue what they are doing

Until 2017 we had regularly used Advance Auto as our go-to place, but we had an incident where we received a bad part. My husband returned the part and discussed with the gentleman why the extra metal was a problem. The gentleman told my husband he was wrong, but exchanged the part anyway. They handed the new part to my husband after he payed and he looked it over. This part was worse than the first. Finally after explaining why he would not accept the part, they refunded his money and proceeded to put both parts back on the shelf to sell to someone else. We have been there sporadically since then, it is getting harder to find parts for our old cars, but the stock of parts has not met the quality necessary for installation in our cars. The metal burrs make a big difference in our old cars.
