This location deserves 0 stars, went in trying to port 2 numbers and keeping my own devices, representative broke my sim port as she tried to force it out. Spoke to the manager and of course they are acting like I walked in with a broken sim part. Save yourself the hassle and dont shop here. Dont be fooled by these 5 star reviews, it is the store employees rating. Cheap is not always necessarily good.

If you want to be robbed you see there they are charging me 110 for a plan according to 90 that according to I had to pay for 3 months then I could lower it to 80 I went to the woodstock and the shack very kindly told me they are stealing from the first week you grab your phones you can change the plan to 80 there they are just stealing your money
