I absolutely 💯 love my glasses ~ Ive been wearing glasses for many years, been to several optometrist. Ive never had poor service at other places ~ just different ~ I would recommend everyone to stop in & meet Jake, he knows his stuff & is very helpful in picking out frames that fit YOU. He actually took pictures of me with his tablet so I could actually see what others see in different glasses. Hes extremely personable and funny. My prescription is spot on 😁. Thank you both

Customer service at Pearle in Belvidere is FANTASTIC! Jake is amazing, he is knowledgeable, funny and kind. Wally is so sweet and knows her stuff too! They are so patient with all of my dumb questions and always make me feel like the most important patient/ customer that they have! This is now my second year seeing Pearle Vision. Sarah Durham helped me get fitted for progressive lenses. It was a big step for me and she was wonderful to work with. Everyone who works in this location is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I definitely recommend this team if you enjoy feeling like you are getting the VIP treatment, even if everyone else who goes there gets the same great VIP treatment!

Sarah made sure that I had a good looking pair of glasses that met the budget. She went through the options and benefits with me and handled all of the insurance comparisons with ease. If you like blue frames and trendy they have a lot of them but if you want a classic universal look they have those also. Maybe blue next time Sarah. Baby steps!

From the greeting through the selection, fitting, and payment, I was impressed with the friendliness and expertise of everyone helping me. Sarah Durham was wonderful and answered all questions. I would recommend the Peale Vision store located in Belvidere, Il. 100%. Wally (Optician) checked me in and started my exam, her personality and friendliness put me at ease. She explained each step before it happened so that I knew what to expect.Dr. Gina Copeland was very thorough in her exam, she listened to my concerns and addressed them before the exam was over. She was kind and made me feel comfortable. I felt like she really cared and I received the best care possible.Jacob (Lead Optician) and Pam (Optician) were also very helpful. The teamwork was so pleasant to see. Wally would show me the glasses and Pam would sanitize them. Pam also offered some great advice when I inquired about purchased glasses from an online club. Jacob offered additional eyewear choices and also helped Wally with billing. I really like that he worked with her with respect not making her feel small in any way. That is very important to me, as I have been in both sets of those shoes.Thank you Dr. Gina, Wally, Jacob and Pam!

Sarah was very helpful and professional in helping me get great new lenses in my Oakley regular frames and my Oakley sunglasses. The glasses were delivered on time and correctly.

Ill start by saying my experience here at Pearle Vision for my vision care was better than any other place I have experienced.The center was clean and organized. Dr. Copeland and the staff was very helpful with recommendations and supportive with my choices while maintaining a safe working distance during the COVID-19 pandemic. While I was here, I was treated as a human having a conversation rather than just another number answering yes/no questions leading to dollar signs. I felt very relaxed, safe, and comfortable while in their care.Its always a difficult decision to try a new place for any type of health care. Im glad I chose Dr. Copeland and her staff for my care today and will plan to return to here in the future.

This place is bad. I sent a $287.00 pair of glasses back, blurry vision in bifocal. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. My old glasses should last another year.
