Pretty out of the way for me, but I will be back. I was looking for cheap coins for a type set, and the owner had lots of decent junk silver at spot price to look through. Ended up with a really good deal.Second visit was just as great. I got a few type coins for fair (and some even better) prices. I plan to be back to buy silver, since I know I can trust this dealer to sell for a good price.

While on a trip from Atlanta I decided to stop by and see if I could fill in a few holes in my collection. Man, I wasnt disappointed. When I first arrived the coin selection looked decent, if a little small. I though Id look around and make a short go of it until the guy behind the counter asked me, specifically, what I was looking for. We went through a few different coin types and every time he pulled out a LOT of coins from under the counter. The selection was only limited by the $$$ I wanted to spend. I dont know about the other aspects of the store (jewelry, bullion) but the coins are on point, the prices more than fair and I will be back whenever Im in the area.EDIT: Now that Im back in Atlanta Im able to get a better look at the coins as well as my price guide. The prices I paid were outstanding. The owner checked the price guide for each coin and decides to give me great pricing on every. Single. Coin. Thanks!

Very rarely do I ever give 5 stars for anything but Pat (The owner) has proven to me that he is one of the most competent and honest coin store owners I have ever met. I first came here with my dad one day a few years ago and I have been going ever since. Pat will give you a fair price and will help add a specific coin to your collection if you request for it. He is kind and knowledgeable and I cant recommend anymore all of the great qualities his humble store has. If youre passing through Belvidere and are a avid coin collector or just someone trying to sell your silver I implore you to stop at his shop.

Pat-the owner is a very great guy but the bullet proof glass window kind of gives off a very unpersonal cold feeling. I bought silver dollars for way less than the other coin shops in rockford. I will continue to drive the extra 15 minutes just because the deals are so much better.
