Dimitri went above and beyond to explain the new offers in great detail, as well as confirming before we left the store how things would look on next few billing cycles. He also offered advice on various cell phone and battery issues we have had. All this was done with a relaxing sense of humor! Excellent service, and the store handled the traffic well both times we were there.

JOHN STAYED LATE TO GET ME MY PHONE. I WASVERY IMPRESSED! however I was there this morning to get a screen protector for my phone. The young lady had her son with her it was 11 and I went to the door an she locked it behind her so I didnt get my 50 dollar screen saver. She definitely needs to watch how John Handels his customers.

Today I went in to get a new phone for myself and my son. I was unsure if I was going to get one for myself - depending on increase in monthly bill. Good thing I arrived right when the store opened. There were only 2 workers on and they could only help one person at a time, unable to multi-task. Workers were knowledgeable about products, but confusing on details of plans and actual costs upfront.

Ronnie did a great job in setting me up with my new iPhone. He explained the process extremely well, transferred all of my data to my new phone very efficiently and answered all of my questions. It was a very smooth process. I am well pleased.

I have had my phone in there 3 times, now they tell me I have to call the 800 number to get help. They will not exchange the phone for a new one. Said I would have to buy the new one and pay off the current unit. Have had the phone for only 3 months. Maybe they should get 2 stars and not 3

I made the mistake of moving from Verizon to Total Wireless (more like Total Call-Drop)...luckily, I came here to switch back. They spent an hour and forty-seven minutes with me on the phone with Verizon to get it solved. Great service and polite! Highly recommend them if you have any questions with Cell service.

Went in and made a purchase and it didnt work for my phone, when I went back in to return it the manager stopped me because I didnt have a mask on, I told him I cant wear one because of asthma I have . He says store policy that I have wear one and he told me I can wait outside in the rain if I dont put one on . Im about ready to close my account with you, but right now I need my phone for work.
