As a veteran, this is the best community care I have ever had since community care was created. Dr. Wilson was wonderful and Nikki at the front desk was wonderful as well. I would highly recommend veterans to this 4.0 center. Thank you Doc and Nikki!!!

Cant say enough good things about Dr Wilson. Friendly and efficient. Appointment was made through the VA and she was able to see me the following week. Tested my hearing and reset my issued aids to the new results. I hear better with them now than I did when I received them from Fargo. I would recommend anyone living close to Bemidji getting hearing tests thru the VA request her instead of making the trip to Fargo.

Very pleased - I was able to walk in without an appointment and get Widex hearing aid repair on the spot. Unit was hissing.

Dr Wilson and Jessica are very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very relaxed and comfortable there. I came in filled out some forms and we got down to testing. Dr Wilson explained everything as we went along and at the end told me very clearly, so I could understand, where I was at and what my options are. I would recommend everyone to go here for their hearing needs.

I was in need of new tubes for my hearing aids as one broke in half over the weekend. I drove to Hearing Wellness Center and called if they could assist me as I didnt have an appointment. She came to my car and got my hearing aids & had them done right away. I am satisfied how quick it was & for her to fit me into their schedule. Totally recommend this place 👍 5 🌟 great experience

The Hearing Wellness Center take good and speedy care of any questions or issues with my hearing aids and are ready with replacement hearing aids, at no charge if needed.

Thanks to Heather, she has helped me feel comfortable with wearing hearing aids. She takes the time to listen to your needs and concerns and recommends hearing aids that are appropriate for your hearing loss. It is so nice to be able to hear again! When I take my hearing aids out at the end of the day, I realize how much I really need them. And the odd day that I forget to wear them, I really notice how muffled sounds are.
