The best place for customer service. Not cheap though. Still get a 5 if you’re willing to pay some money.

We recently used Sherwin-Williams in Benbrook for our major painting project. We completely repainted our home from the 50s to a beautiful new color. The staff was so informative and friendly, we really appreciated their help selecting all of the right for this project!

Just drive the extra 15 minutes. Words cannot express how terrible this store is. I’ve NEVER spoken to a knowledgeable employee. The past 3 times I’ve called, I’ve been given a price that is over double what the other locations give me. I needed a quart of exterior paint for my door. This location said it cannot be made to be exterior... the other location had it done in 2 minutes.This location told me it would be FORTY DOLLARS for a quart of blue paint. The other location said SEVEN.They never have any idea how to create custom shades or even give you the right price. This location is a joke.

Extremely unhelpful lazy employee!! I went in looking for advice on painting cabinets and stood there waiting forever while one employee was helping the 1 customer they had and the other one just wandered around and I guess when she realized I wasnt going to leave she decided to grace me with her presence only to be completely stand offish and rude. I showed her a picture of the paint I had used on my cabinets (from home depot) but I had planned on getting sealant or something from there and even considered buying all my paint stuff from there from here on out because of the convenience of the location and I THOUGHT they would actually be knowledgeable and helpful so I thought it would be better to buy there than home depot. WRONG! This woman took one look at the paint said it was from home depot and refused to help at all, she just kept said its not ours so I dont know what it is and wouldnt even look at it! So i tried to ask if she would normally recommend a sealant on cabinets and again she refused to help so i just said cool thanks and walked out. I will NEVER go back there again!! Even home depot and Lowes with their bare minimum service is more helpful than this place!!

This place had really good customer service

Extremely rude and unhelpful. I wanted to get the same paint and needed to have it tested to know what paint it was. The person working seemed like I had asked them to go do something that isn’t related to their job. I had to then spend my time to figure out what paint it was to get it since they could not do their job. AVOID this place at all costs.

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The manager really helped us understand the products and how to work through color issues in different lighting too. The paint we selected is amazing and we are happy! :)

We went there to get a 5 gallon pail of paint and when we asked how much it was going to cost the store employee rolled her eyes and stomped to the respective corner to get pricing. She acted like a 5 year old child! I was blown away with how rude and unprofessional she was. IF we decide to spend our money here again, we will just order online and avoid having to ever encounter that type of behavior in the future.
