This has been a great storage unit. I like the big door loading door. Plus, numerous carts available to help move boxes.

If I could give no stars I would. I had called weeks ago to see about storage unit availability and pricing. No one would answer the office phone, so I ended up finally just leaving a voicemail. No one ever returned my call. I call back again today. I spoke with a man who was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I advised him of my experience and he just told me well what do you expect me to do about it...do you want to just get on a waitlist or what. I asked if there was a manager that I could speak with. He snickered and sort of laughed and said no, then he proceeded to ask me again if I just want to be on a waitlist. I explained my disappointment and would like to be able to talk to another representative. He then just hung up on me.

I have used this company a couple of times for storage and uhaul. They are very nice and reasonable pricing! Would use again in the future.
